Since the National The 13 th Five-Year Plan,subway construction is currently one of the hottest industries following the construction of high-speed rail.The profitability of the subway construction enterprise project is the focus of the construction enterprises.Subway construction enterprise project profitability is the key of the construction enterprise attention,project cost control is the subway construction project profit target to realize the important means,the yield is the goal of quantitative data,is consideration of construction enterprise profit ability and management level of important indicators.The rate of return is the data of target quantification,and it considers the profitability and management level of construction enterprise Important indicator It is an important index to examine the profitability and management level of the construction enterprises.Obviously,construction project cost control is an important measure in today's project management.How to improve the project's profitability under the premise of guaranteeing construction quality and improve the overall management level of the project has become the most popular topic at present.Taking the X Project Department of Wuhan Metro Line 2 South extension line of our company as an example,we tried to analyze the measures and means taken during the construction management of the project,and applied scientific project management methods to carry out the cost control during the construction of the project.Study and summarize the experience of cost control in the concrete subway construction process.At the same time,it can also provide practice data and control methods for other subway construction companies.The paper uses literature,case analysis,comparative analysis and related theories of project cost control management to analyze and research the cost data and the basic system of the X Project Department of Wuhan Metro Line 2 South extension line.After the analysis was completed,I identified the problems in the project department's cost control mainly include: Tendering stage cost prediction no problems,project cost control organization methods,project cost control scheme is not strong,the project cost control economic means incomplete,project cost control,contract management defects,schedule cost analysis to improve,lack of high-quality management personnel and so on.I proposed my own Measures and methods for the problems that existed in the cost management of the project.It is hoped that the study of the dissertation can help improve the project's cost management capabilities and provide reference and reference for other companies to develop project cost management.
