After the establishment of HF Gas Company,relying on the excellent industrial conditions and external investment resources of the city,the coverage of the overall pipe network has been deepened in various districts and counties,and the self-owned capital investment in gas project construction has also shown a large-scale upward trend.The resulting cost control of gas companies has become a major problem for gas companies.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on what problems.Therefore,cost control of the construction investment of HF Gas Company through control means can effectively reduce the additional cost of investment transfer and enable the company to operate the internal control mechanism.This paper cuts the progress and quality.Firstly,it analyzes the problems that HF gas company has in the cost control process of controlling organization,control process,external material supply and indirect control.Secondly,it researches a set of optimization countermeasures.The optimized countermeasures that have been implemented have been evaluated,and the results of the evaluation are finally given.The work done in this article is as follows:(2)Problems and analysis in the cost control of construction projects of HF gas companiesFirstly,this paper gives an overview of the construction project of HF Gas Company,briefly introduces the project characteristics,basic feasibility study results and equipment allocation of the project.Secondly,it expounds the current situation and problems of the cost structure of the project of HF Gas Company.The main means of cost control in controlling organization,control process,external material supply and indirect control,and the reasons for the control measures of progress dimension and quality dimension are given.The control organization and control process are progress.Dimensions,while external material supply and indirect control belong to the quality dimension.Finally,the earned value method is used to analyze the current situation of cost control,and the indicator description is carried out.The output of the analysis results is carried out from the two dimensions of progress and quality.(3)HF gas company construction project cost control optimization countermeasures and landing effect evaluationIn view of the problems in the control organization,control process,external material supply and indirect control of HF gas company construction projects,the optimization strategy is given from the perspective of progress and quality: for the control organization,it is proposed to strengthen the process management.Establish a full lifecycle management system of “quality,cost,and construction period” and set relevant targets;for the control process,use dynamic cost control methods to guide,and supplement the work flow chart to establish the assessment criteria;In terms of material supply,the supplier evaluation strategy model is given,and the key optimization is carried out in the three sub-links of procurement control,supply chain establishment and post-evaluation.For indirect control,the method of intensifying supervision is adopted to maintain the project management system.The authority and accuracy of financial cost accounting.Finally,the landing effect of the optimization strategy was evaluated and the initial evaluation effect was demonstrated..
