The Construction Project Engineering Cost Management Research Of A University Canteen In Changchun

Through the research and application of the implementation of the project cost of a university cafeteria Changchun City in the process of the project,to find scientific and effective ways and means to reduce the engineering cost;and control engineering cost.Planned values are compared to the actual value and found the problem,timely rectification;strengthen contract management and strict compliance,reduce the adverse effect of contract disputes to project cost;control risk,strengthen the scientific management of the construction process,to avoid "three" phenomenon in the process of project implementation,improve project management level,the rational allocation of resources,effective use of funds,reduce the construction cost of installation,at the same time,accumulate valuable experience for future construction projects and cost management.In this paper,take each stage of the project cost control in the process of project implementation of a university cafeteria,Changchun as an example,using the method of references research,case analysis,comparative analysis,summarized research methods,compare the various stages of construction investment estimation,design budgetary estimate and construction drawing budget,engineering settlement and completion of final accounts to analyze the various stages of the project cost,cost control and the causes.Through the research and analysis of the project cost management and cost control in the implementation process,it is recognized that the final determination of the construction cost of the project is the integration of economic and technical work in each stage.In order to reflect the the work level and influence of various stages,high efficiency can be realized and guaranteed by paying attention to every aspect of work,taking scientific methods and technical measures and reasonable and strict working attitude.The significance of this research lies in the background of deepening the reform of our country,cost control and cost management of specific projects as the research object,through the actual project cost management of the project application,using scientific and effective methods to compare and find the problem,timely rectification;to strengthen contract management and strict compliance,reduce effect of contract disputes on the engineering cost;strictly control the project cost,reduce the cost of project risk management;rational allocation of resources,effective use of funds,reduce the construction cost of installation.At the same time,it can provide useful reference for the cost control and cost management of other projects in the future.
