As an important part of connecting urban roads and highways in various regions,road tunnels have become the top priority of the current traffic planning development.The weather in the western region is changeable.In the operation of the traditional expressway tunnel,the tunnel site management center cannot know the environmental changes of the tunnel entrance,the traffic flow in the tunnel and the ground conditions in real time.At the same time,due to the narrow special road environment,the incidence of traffic accidents in tunnels is much higher than other ordinary roads.In the case that the information notification is not timely,it is easy to have a secondary traffic accident.Based on the analysis of the operation and management status of traditional highway tunnels,combined with the research status and development trends at home and abroad,this paper proposes the technical scheme of the traffic management system of this intelligent tunnel.The system consists of STM32-based MCU minimum system,communication subsystem,road surface indicator LED display subsystem,ambient temperature and humidity and road surface temperature detection unit,visibility meter and industrial computer.The industrial computer is located in the tunnel site control center,runs the host computer software,controls each device through the RS485 bus and acquires data.The intelligent temperature indicators deployed in the entrances and exits of the tunnel are used to collect and store the environmental temperature and humidity data,the traffic flow data,the road surface temperature data,and the like,and transmit the real-time data to the tunnel site management host through the wired communication bus or the wireless communication unit.The tunnel site management host controls the lane indicator LED display pattern by analyzing various types of data.On-site maintenance testers can use the infrared remote control to test the maintenance commissioning indicator and set parameters and operating modes.Each device can also communicate with each other via a 2.4G module.This paper develops the communication protocol between each device,the minimum system core circuit,power supply circuit,LED dot matrix screen control circuit,RS485 and CAN communication circuit,ambient temperature and humidity and road surface temperature acquisition circuit,infrared control circuit,2.4G wireless communication.The circuit is designed with hardware circuit and software driver,and the detailed schematic and program design ideas are given.The system uses the FreeRTOS embedded real-time operating system to design embedded software for the road surface indicator.Finally,the overall function test of the system was carried out,and the improvement was given according to the inadequacies of the system.
