In the face of the increasingly serious problem of aging,China has issued a series of policies and regulations,the construction of a home pension as the basis,community old-age support,institutional pension as a supplement,medical integration of the pension service system and put forward the "9073" pension pattern.In this context,the community home pension has become the mainstream of the old-age model.As the carrier of this model,the community is the main place for the elderly to live and live,and optimizing the existing community is the key to ensure the implementation of the Community home pension model and improve the quality of life of the elderly,and to pay attention to and solve the existing problems of public service facilities in the community is to meet the needs of the elderly living in old age,An important condition to ensure the smooth development of the community's home pension.However,there are many problems in the public service facilities in the community at present,and in the process of construction,the special group of the elderly is often neglected,and the real consideration from the perspective of the needs of the elderly is even less.Based on the above background,this paper takes the needs of the elderly as the starting point,takes the Community public service facilities as the object,first combs the research progress and achievements of the needs of the elderly and the Community public service facilities at home and abroad,and expounds the purpose,significance and framework of the research on the optimization of Community public service facilities guided by the needs of the elderly The classification,physiology,psychology and behavior characteristics of the elderly are analyzed and summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of the articles.Secondly,in order to be able to objectively and truly reflect the needs of the elderly Jinan the Community public service facilities,reflecting the general situation of the Community,this paper through the selection of typical community way to carry out in-depth study,And from the Community public service facilities of their own status and the elderly to facilities satisfaction and demand from the point of view of in-depth analysis: first,through field observation and interviews and other methods of typical community public service facilities,such as the content and scale,spatial layout,service radius,operation management,internal space environment construction and other status of research and analysis.The second is to take the needs of the elderly as the starting point,from the supply of facilities,the demand for facilities and the difference between supply and demand of facilities at three levels of analysis.Combining with the above research,it is found that there is a dislocation between the supply of facilities and the needs of the elderly,and the problems such as unreasonable layout of Community public service facilities,imperfect supporting facilities,poor operation and management quality and weak spatial suitability of the elderly need perspective are obtained.Finally,combined with the above problems,this paper puts forward the strategy of constructing the allocation system of three-level community public service facilities and the corresponding supporting index system from the macroscopic level,puts forward the layout and construction contents of perfecting the facilities from the microscopic level,and puts forward the strategies of innovating operation management mode and optimizing the design of indoor and outdoor space.This paper fully takes into account the situation of all the elderly,optimizes community public service facilities from the point of view of the actual needs of the elderly,classifies the elderly according to their own care,assistance,and care for different physical health conditions,This paper summarizes the different needs and characteristics of facilities for different types of elderly people,which makes the proposed strategies more targeted and feasible,and hopes to provide some reference for future research of the same type.
