Research On The Configuration Of Community Public Service Facilities Based On Population Characteristic

With the progress of urbanization and community planning in China,residential units have gradually changed,and communities have gradually become the basic units of urban and social governance.The improvement of life quality has brought about the increase of residents’ demand for all aspects of society.The demand for diversified social public service facilities will grow rapidly in an all-round way.At the same time,the change of planning orientation,The planning concept of "people-oriented" is gradually popularized,and community planning pays more attention to the bottom-up planning method based on the actual needs of residents.At present,the new edition of "urban residential district planning and design standards" proposes to take the community life circle as the facility allocation space.Among them,Shanghai proposes to take "15 minute community life circle" as the basic unit of community life.Within the walking range of residents,it is equipped with basic service functions and public activity space,All of them put forward new requirements for the planning and construction control of community public service facilities.But at present,the planning and construction of community facilities in China still stays in the level of government led material space,and can not implement the "people-oriented" planning idea.In view of the above problems,this paper focuses on the actual needs of different groups of people for the allocation of community facilities,explores the demand preference rules of residents with different characteristics for facilities,and constructs a scientific facility allocation system for the purpose of improving the differentiated allocation of community facilities,It provides some suggestions and strategies for the optimization of the allocation of public service facilities in urban communities in the future.The main research contents are as followsFirstly,it explores the characteristics of residents’ demand for public service facilities with different characteristics.The questionnaire scores were processed,and the facility type scores in the sample were analyzed by correlation,descriptive and hierarchical analysis.The demand preference and layout mode of various facilities were discussed,and the correlation between different crowd characteristics and facility preference was analyzed,so as to obtain the demand characteristics and rules between crowd characteristics and public service facilities.Secondly,we should build a scientific facility allocation system.Combined with the characteristics and rules of facility demand,the descriptive analysis results are assigned by entropy method.Combined with the results of correlation and hierarchy analysis,the demand preference of facility category is obtained and given weight.At the same time,according to the layout rules,service hierarchy and management mode of public service facilities,the configuration standard of public service facilities with common demand and individual demand is obtained,And put forward the relevant configuration mode,so as to build a complete public service facilities configuration system,provide theoretical support for the following case community facilities configuration and improvement.After that,this paper takes Wenjiang District of Chengdu City as an example,taking Guanghua community,university town community and Fenghuang community as an example,and carries out questionnaire and interview on the residents in the community to get the characteristics of population and living space,and then analyzes the accessibility,satisfaction,location and density distribution of facilities in the community based on the degree of demand and supply,The layout characteristics and problems of community facilities are obtained,and the personalized configuration suggestions and development strategies are put forward for each community by using the configuration standard and configuration mode.Finally,based on the above research and case analysis,this paper puts forward two strategic points: to build an efficient community living space system and to improve the demand-oriented public service facilities configuration system,so as to provide some reference for the future community planning and facilities configuration.It also summarizes the research conclusions,research innovation,research deficiencies and future research prospects.
