As the characteristic demand for mass consumption becomes more personalized,the purchasers of products pay more attention to the cultural connotation of products;cultural products refracted by the spiritual connotation and values,and will ultimately interact with users in order to produce cultural emotional resonance.This paper mainly studies the cognition of cultural IP and the visualization of IP on the basis of user cognition,and constructs the research method of cultural IP derivatives based on user cognition model.By analyzing the user cognition behaviors,simulating the user behavioral experiences,and discovering the information frame of cultural IP under user cognition,the basic model of cultural UP could be figured out.On the one hand,the use of cultural IP could help to increase the cultural characteristics of the products,which confon to user’s experiencing context,and help users to rapidly discern the cultural characteristics;and further help to bring projector’s acceptance to a higher level.On the other hand,cultural IP is applied in product design to improve the cultural experience of users and solve the single use of cultural products.Apply cultural IP to modern design to improve the cultural experience of products,solve the problem of poor user experience of IP derivatives in the current market,and meet the needs for users’ experience of cultural IP derivatives.The research content for this article is as follows:Firstly,understanding the cultural background of contemporary context and cultural IP derivatives.Analyzing the research status of user cognition and cultural IP related concepts in domestic and foreign literature.Secondly,constructing user cognitive model,studying the definition of cultural IP,and exploring the connection between user cognition and cultural IP.The key points and the application of design method are described.Thirdly,based on user cognition of cultural IP element extraction,dividing the user model,analyzing the user behavior,studying the user experience,and knowing more about user’s understanding of cultural IP The BD-QA model was used to simulate the user experience situation and clarify the potential needs of users;and was also used to extract cultural IP elements,visualize cultural IP,and build basic IP model.This paper takes DC series research as an example,analyzes cultural IP elements,and obtains the explicit representation of DC series through the evaluation of user perception.The information of explicit and implicit factors is listed for encoding,and the basic model of IP elements is constructed.The cult-ural information is mapped to the three levels of products by using the three-level model of culture,so as to promote the integration of cultural IP and product design,which not only meets the consumer demand,but also improves the cultural connotation of products.Finally,the research method of cultural IP visualization is based on user cognition,and it focuses on the user behavior experience,finds the mapping relationship between cultural IP and product design,and brings the user into the cultural atmosphere which is created by the product.The IP elements are applied from the aspects of product modeling,functioning,using environment,and cultural connotation respectively to meet the potential needs of users.The feasibility of the model was verified by the design scheme of DC cultural IP derivatives.The design scheme started from typical user behavior,paied attention to user situational experience,and systematically develops cultural IP derivatives.
