The mountain flood ditch is a flood channel of small river basin in the hilly area.Generally,the drainage area is not large,and the slope drop is relatively steep.Because of the rainfall,floods are caused in the hills,and landslides and landslides caused by mountain torrents on both sides of the flood channel are called mountain torrents.The flood channel disaster will bring losses to people's lives and property and the national economy.As far as the small watershed in the hilly area is concerned,it has the characteristics of small drainage area,poor river management capacity and steep slope drop.Catastrophe disasters often occur in such basins.It is sudden and strong,and the floods are devastating.It has a great impact on the safety of people's lives and property.For the key flood gullies that need to be treated,flood gullies should be treated by flood control methods combining engineering measures with non-engineering measures.At present,the control measures of mountain flood ditch in China mainly focus on non-engineering measures such as forecasting and forecasting,group policy and group defense system,and there is less study on engineering measures.According to the "Special Plan for the Prevention and Control of Mountain Flood Geological Disasters," there are about 19,800 mountain flood trenches that need to be managed nationwide.Therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to carry out research on flood control measures.In this paper,the flood control of Qushui Mountain is the object of flood control,and the typical flood control measures combined with non-engineering measures are discussed and applied in depth.The main elements and conclusions are as follows:(1)Drawing on the research results and excellent experience of flood control strategies at home and abroad,closely combining flood control in the flood basin The actual situation of the project construction,it is clear that the flood control in the small basin of the mountain flood ditch should be based on the point of control,with the emphasis on energy prevention and control,and form a comprehensive protection system based on typical engineering measures such as shore protection projects,river dredging and dredging,and river building projects.(2)To discuss the flood control requirements for flood control in mountain flood trenches,use the rainstorm manual and Hydrographic comparison method to design flood push,and use the surface line formula to push the surface line.(3)According to the actual situation,the flow rate of the mountain flood ditch is large and there are many serious scour on the shore slope.The flow rate of the flood ditch in the engineering river once in 10 years is 2.8 to 5.5 m/s.The concrete frame planting turf slope protection is suitable for Shanhonggou flow rate less than 3m/s.Therefore,the type of bank protection in this project is inclined foot retaining wall +block stone protecting slope.The research shows that the flood control standard of the important protected river reaches once in 10 years.(4)The Swedish section method was used to calculate the overall stability of each section of the embankment in the H-Hslope earth-rock dam slope stability analysis program of the Department of Mechanics of Hohai University.Flood control is a systematic project.By taking flood control measures for the Gufang River,it effectively improves flood control capabilities on both sides of important rivers,ensures the safety of people's lives and property in the region,and satisfies people's ecological and hydrophilic needs of rivers.Good social,economic and ecological benefits.
