| Traditional pavement disease management mainly analyses and evaluates the condition of pavement diseases,failing to realize the visual management of pavement diseases,while the management of pavement diseases based on GIS is mainly the visual management of diseases at the macro level.At present,there are still some problems in the management of pavement diseases,such as low degree of visualization of pavement,low degree of visualization of pavement diseases,low degree of information integration and unrelated.In order to solve these problems,BIM(Building Information Model)technology is introduced into pavement disease management,which realizes the three-dimensional visualization of pavement disease objects,and the visualized disease objects also carry abundant disease information and data to make up for some deficiencies of current pavement disease management.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)With Civil 3D as the platform for visual management,the method of horizontal and vertical design in BIM is analyzed and compared.The method of creating a route from the object is used to complete the road plane design and the method of creating a profile from the file to complete the vertical section design of the road.ASC(Autodesk Subassembly Composer)combined with VB.NET language to complete the preparation of pavement assembly parts,and completed the road surface BIM model efficiently and quickly.(2)Based on the attribute information of various diseases,the characteristics of the disease were classified.The disease pattern and disease information format were designed for each road surface disease.The establishment of the BIM model of different diseases was completed based on the establishment process of the Civil3 D midpoint model.A three-dimensional visual representation of pavement disease is realized.The Access database was used to complete the development of the disease operation and maintenance information database,and the disease operation and maintenance information database was connected with the disease BIM model through the interface provided by Civil3 D,which realized the addition of disease operation and maintenance information and improved the information integration degree of the disease model.(3)Using VBA as the development language,the second development of the pavement damage condition analysis and evaluation program based on Civil3 D is completed.The program mainly includes information reading module,analysis unit division module,pavement damage condition calculation module,maintenance scheme decision module and result output module.By reading the information of road and disease BIM model and taking pavement condition index as evaluation basis,the pavement damage condition in model section is analyzed and evaluated,and the reasonable maintenance scheme for each pavement disease is put forward based on pavement damage classification index.(4)Taking a road in Yiling District of Yichang City,Hubei Province as an example,the whole process of visualization management of pavement diseases is simulated on Civil 3D,which verifies the feasibility of the scheme.Due to the lack of relevant research at home and abroad,this study is a basic attempt and demonstration.The research shows that the BIM-based visual management model of pavement diseases avoids many problems existing in the previous management of pavement diseases.The visualization of pavement diseases will be more convenient,intuitive and efficient.It realizes the visual expression of pavement diseases,the analysis and evaluation of pavement damage status and the dynamic sustainable management during operation and maintenance. |
