Landscape Planning And Design Of Zhuzhou Xingtang Village Rural Tourism Complex(Core Area)

Nowadays,the leisure agriculture and rural tourism industry in our country is developing rapidly and is in the stage of industrial upgrading.Leisure agriculture and rural tourism have the best opportunity to develop,which is a new industrial form in rural areas.Under the upsurge of tourism consumption and based on the development trend of deep integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,this paper puts forward a new type of development mode,that is,the new type of "agricultural and tourism complex",which introduces the "synthesis" model into the deep-seated development of agricultural tourism integration.In order to promote the value increment of agricultural industry and the construction of new urbanization,the agricultural and tourism complex advocates the establishment of multi-dimensional industrial integration.Based on the theory of agricultural and tourism complex,this paper takes Xingtang Village(core area)of Zhuzhou City as the actual landscape project according to the planning essentials,development mode and development strategy of the agricultural and tourism complex.The contents are as follows:Through the analysis of the current situation of resources and the nature of planned land use in Xingtang Village,Zhuzhou City,the design scope of the core area is determined,the industrial upgrading strategy isput forward and its design orientation is defined,so that the function,traffic,and so on can be defined.Through detailed planning of the tour line and public service facilities,the landscape planning and design project of the agricultural and tourism complex core area in Xingtang Village,Zhuzhou City,is divided into "agricultural demonstration area" and "switchgrass experience area".The four functional areas of "Zhuhai Health area" and "Reservoir Recreation area",as well as the detailed landscape design of the corresponding area.The purpose of this design is to realize the transformation of traditional agriculture and realize the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Let rural development form a multi-industry,multi-industry deep integration of the spatial pattern of development.Let the urban residents return to the countryside,go into nature,revisit the countryside,at the same time promote the exchange between urban and rural areas,help rural economic growth.
