The Research On The Social Responsibility Fulfillment Of State-Owned Enterprises

The report of the 19 th CPC national congress points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.At present,the construction of social responsibility of enterprises has become a practical need for China's development,and more importantly,it should be undertaken by state-owned enterprises spontaneously.China Construction Steel Structure co.,ltd.is a large and medium-sized state-owned enterprise under the jurisdiction of China Construction,which has typical experience in the implementation of corporate social responsibility.By studying the social responsibility of China Construction Steel Structure co.,ltd,we can focus on exploring the current situation and development trend of the state-owned enterprises when they perform the social duties.The first part of this paper is to make a systematic analysis of the concept of corporate social responsibility and relevant studies at home and abroad by sorting out and analyzing relevant theoretical studies on corporate social responsibility at home and abroad,so as to find out the weak links in the research.Secondly,it takes China Construction Steel Structure co.,ltd.as an example,to conduct in-depth research on the work of enterprises in labor protection,environmental protection,public welfare and charity,and expand the research to China Construction so as to form a systematic summary of the current situation of state-owned enterprises' social responsibility.The third is to analyze and summarize the social responsibility construction of state-owned enterprises in the new era through the empirical analysis of cases and the comparative analysis of our enterprise and Alibaba and Huawei to provide new case basis and theoretical supplement for the research in this field,for China Construction Steel Structure co.,ltd.and even domestic enterprises.
