Study On The Value Evaluation System Of The Third-line Industrial Heritage In Sichuan

Since the third-line construction in the 1960 s,a large number of factories and enterprises have been built up,which has gradually accelerated the development of China’s industry,and thus the third-line construction has become the cornerstone of the development of New China’s industry.With the change of national policy background in the later period,the transformation of economic and industrial structure makes these factories and enterprises face the problems of decline and transformation.Many factories are gradually abandoned,forming a large number of third-line industrial heritage.Many of these industrial heritages are high value and should be valued by all walks of life.As an important part of the third-line industrial heritages in Sichuan,they play an important role.The rapid development of urban construction has brought great impact on the protection of the third-line industrial heritage in Sichuan.The fundamental reason for this situation is that we do not have a scientific evaluation system for the protection of industrial heritage in this area.Only through scientific and reasonable evaluation of the value of the third-line industrial heritages in Sichuan,we formulate effective protection methods for the third-line industrial heritages in Sichuan.This paper first determines the scope of research,on the basis of reading a large number of theoretical and practical materials on industrial heritage at home and abroad,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current research status of industrial heritage value evaluation.Then,on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant materials of the third-line industrial heritage in Sichuan and combining with the field investigation,this paper selects the typical third-line industrial heritage in Panzhihua,Chengdu,Deyang,Mianyang and Guangyuan,from the history of development,the characteristics of geographical environment,the present situation of industrial heritage,the present situation of the protection and reuse are analyzed comprehensively and systematically,the distribution characteristics,the space environment and the type characteristics of the third-line industrial heritage in Sichuan area are analyzed comprehensively and systematically combed with the relevant data consulted.Through the comprehensive analysis of the third-line industrial heritage in Sichuan,the existing problems are summarized.Finally,combined with the object studied in this paper,the value evaluation system of the third-line industrial heritage in Sichuan is constructed,which is used to evaluate the value of the third-line industrial heritage in this area.The evaluation system divides the value of the third-line industrial heritage in Sichuan into four levels: the first level,the second level(2 indicators),the third level(9 indicators)and the fourth level(31 indicators).At the same time,the weight of these indexes is determined by the method of qualitative and quantitative combination,and the evaluation system is used through the selected actual cases.The industrial heritage of the actual case is graded and the distribution and characteristics of its value score are analyzed.
