Study On Evaluation System Construction Of Industrial Heritage Regeneration Effect

In recent years, the utilization and protection of industrial heritage have attracted more and more attentions from specialists and scholars. With deepening theory of its protection and re-utilization, the practice of industrial heritage reproduction has increased. However, current researches mainly focus on its protection and utilization but little attentions have been held on the influence and benefits of industrial heritage after its reproduction. Only focusing on pre-research and usage, yet ignore effects and inspection will lead to the simplification of reproduction model and neglects caused by some inappropriate models. This paper dawns on this and names the phenomena and influence produced by re-utilization of industrial heritage as reproduction effect. It aims at carrying out a research on the construction of evaluation system of reproduction effect for industrial heritage, which not only helps to improve the protection and utilization system, but also offers a good example for similar projects through evaluation of reproduction items and finally improves the protection and sustainable utilization of industrial heritage.Based on times and its features of industrial heritage and combined its relative evaluations both at home and abroad. This paper constructs evaluation system framework from 3 aspects, namely, evaluations on reproduction process, on sustainability and on reproduction value. Firstly, a detailed explanation will be delivered about 3 evaluation systems mentioned above. The first evaluation aims at the quality and managerial level in the process of industrial heritage reproduction and the second at the sustainability of itself and that of the society, economy and environment, the last at the value on historical culture and social economy after its reproduction. Secondly, according to different evaluation contents, we will sift different indexes and choose proper evaluation approach to build a highly applicable and scientific evaluation system. Finally, we can take industrial heritage reproduction in guishan north as an example and have evaluation on its system, in this way we can on one hand, inspects success or failure of reproduction in this area, on the other hand, we can see the applicability of evaluation system framework on reproduction effect of industrial heritage.
