| As the starting point of urban rainwater drainage system,urban settlements are also the basic unit of human activities.Looking at the development of residential areas in China,the high-density development of residential areas has become an inevitable trend in the construction of urban settlements in China.Therefore,based on LID,this paper adopts literature research method,field research method,inductive deduction method and model simulation method to carry out interdisciplinary research.From the perspective of the current situation of high-rise high-density residential areas in Wuhan and the existing rainwater management problems,LID is discussed.The theory of stormwater management in high-rise residential areas in Wuhan under the theory.Specifically includes the following aspects:The article first summarizes the research trends of low-impact development at home and abroad,and at the same time,defines the concept and characteristics of high-rise high-density settlements,and expounds the applicability of low-impact development concepts in high-rise and high-density settlements.Secondly,in the context of the development of Wuhan Neiyu and high-rise high-density settlements,the typical residential areas of Wuhan residential areas were screened and analyzed in terms of functions and scales.Through the analysis of the current situation of the rain and flood environment in the layout,construction,road system,public event site,green space system,vertical space and rainwater infrastructure of high-rise residential areas in Wuhan,the serious problems and experiences in the settlements are summarized and analyzed.On this basis,the high-density residential area rainwater control objectives and optimization principles under the LID concept are determined,and the residential rainwater management process and the LID facilities suitable for the characteristics of Wuhan are summarized,such as permeable pavement,rain garden,and depression.Green land,etc.,and put forward detailed rainwater management strategies at all levels of the settlement.Finally,I chose Tieqiao New Home as a typical case study.After optimizing the stormwater management strategy for Tieqiao New Home,I used the SWMM model to simulate and compare the rainwater management benefits under the traditional development model and the LID development model.In the current period(p=0.5a,p=1a,p=2a,p=5a,p=10a),the total runoff reduction rates under the LID development model are 50%,50.1%,49.8%,49.6%,49.3,respectively.%,the peak reduction rates of runoff are 55.6%,54.1%,53.3%,52.6%,and 51.2%,respectively.The reduction rates of TSS in each return period are 60.4%,55.5%,43.8%,28.4%,and 25.4%,respectively;COD The reduction rates were 64.3%,54.9%,43.1%,31.6%,and 30.6% in each recurrence period.The reduction rates of TN in each recurrence period were 59.6%,54.2%,45.8%,32.9%,and 29%,respectively.The reduction rate of TP in each recurrence period is 58.4%,53.8%,47%,33.5%,27.3%,and can reach the control target of 70% of the annual runoff indicated in the Guide,indicating low The impact development theory has good rainwater management benefits in high-rise and high-density settlements... |
