Simulation And Analysis On Dynamics Performance Of Straddle-type Monorail Vehicle

Straddle-type monorail vehicle may generate corresponding dynamic displacement and force change, beacuase its running is constrained by the line. During the running, there is the complicated coupling relations between vehicle and line.On the other hand,there is also the relationship which generate dynamical effects among the vehicles. Therefore, it need to make a dynamical analysis on straddle-type monorail vehicle ,and then analyzing the crucial structure and parameters according to the result of the analysis .This paper expounds the situation about dynamics research of straddle-type monorail vehicles from home and abroad. It also describes the special structure of straddle-type monorail vehicles. What's more ,the paper makes a compare between straddle-type monorail car and the common railway vehicle on their running performance. On the base of multibody dynamics, establishing simulation model of straddle-type monorail vehicle by using multi body dynamics software. Through dynamic simulation, the paper analyzes curve negotiation ability,stability and stationarity,what's more, it force situation resulted from normal driving of secondary suspension, which provides parameters of input power for calculating fatigue and structure strength of vehicles. The stationarity of ChongQing straddle-type monorail vehicle has been evaluated by using relative standards. This paper analyzes stiffness damping coefficient of air springs,lateral shock absorber,traction rubber heap on bogie, researches effects on dynamics performance of whole vehicle resulted from prestress of drive wheels and stable wheels, and gets disciplinary curve about dynamics performance influenced by secondary suspension parameters.The results of analyzing and calculating shows that straddle-type monorail vehicle has a well dynamic performance. The last but the least,the paper has laid a foundation for deep study on straddle-type monorail vehicle.
