| In recent years,with the transformation of the city and industrial upgrading,many traditional enterprises have moved out of the central area of the city,leaving a large number of abandoned industrial buildings.Whether such buildings are demolished or rebuilt or reused has become the focus of social attention.At the same time,with the advocacy of “public entrepreneurship and innovation”,the maker space has emerged.As a new type of innovation and entrepreneurial platform,it has gradually become an emerging growth point of urban space and has received extensive attention from the whole society.The article takes the old industrial building as the carrier to transform the unique spatial characteristics of the maker space,systematically sorts out the inherent value of the old industrial building,explores the potential links between the two types of building types,and the adaptability in the process of functional replacement.Promote the positive significance of revitalizing the city’s old stock buildings,and make a useful exploration for the development of the maker space in China.The main research contents of this paper are:1.Through on-the-spot investigations in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Jinan and other places,the types and methods of old industrial building reconstruction are summarized,and the existing design and problems of the existing the maker space are explored.Conduct a questionnaire survey on the maker community to understand the daily work status and space requirements of the crowds in the space,and provide design basis for the transformation of old industrial buildings facing the space.2.The transformation of the interior space of the old industrial building with the maker space as the starting point,from the old industrial building structure design,the old industrial building function replacement design,the functional space design for the maker space and the interior space for the maker space.The four levels of ecological design propose corresponding design strategies,and seek internal space transformation methods that are universally applicable to the transformation of various types of old industrial buildings.3.Transforming the external space of the old industrial building with the maker space asthe entry point,and proposing the corresponding design strategy from the four aspects of the external industrial building exterior design,outdoor environment design and exterior space ecological design.Explore the design methods of upgrading the image of old industrial buildings,retaining the inherent characteristics of old industrial buildings,and seek out the old industrial building skin modification methods applicable to the maker space.At the same time,we should study how to follow the spirit of the place and implement the green ecological design concept.4.Based on the above research,taking Hangzhou CBD Chinese DreamWorks Reconstruction Project as an example,analyze the existing problems of existing industrial buildings and clarify the difficult and difficult problems in the transformation process.Using the relevant design strategies proposed in the core chapter,from the internal space and the external space,aiming at the actual projects,using the applicable design methods to carry out practical transformation,to provide reference for such old industrial building renovation projects for maker space.Through in-depth study of the old industrial building transformation design strategy for maker space,it can promote the further development of the old industrial building transformation,provide a new direction for the transformation of the old industrial building,and also provide reference for the maker space. |
