Reasearch On Evolutionary Analysis And Innovative Design Of Simple Lifting Stereo Garage

Lack of parking space is the main cause of parking difficulties,and building threedimensional garage is the most effective way to increase parking space.With the development of China's three-dimensional garage industry,more and more enterprises are engaged in the production and research of three-dimensional garage.However,the technology development of three-dimensional garage is slow and the ability of independent innovation is low.It is urgent to conduct in-depth analysis of the technological evolution of three-dimensional garage,and carry out forward research on technology prediction and innovative design.Simple lifting garage has the simplest movement and the lowest cost among the nine types of garage.It is suitable for parking in narrow areas and residential areas.In recent years,the number of related patent applications has increased year by year.Based on the patent analysis and TRIZ evolutionary theory,this paper studies the evolution of simple lifting garage.This paper studies the structural characteristics of simple lifting stereo garage,makes technical decomposition,formulates patent retrieval strategy,constructs a sample library for patent analysis of simple lifting stereo garage,and quantitatively analyses the patents in the sample library.On the one hand,it makes quantitative analysis from the applicant,age trend and the attributes of the applicant institution,screens out the applicants with large amount of patent applications and high quality,and selects their patents and products.On the other hand,a patent information card is designed to qualitatively analyze the technical characteristics of patents and tracking patents and products in the sample bank,and the evolutionary analysis samples are constructed and perfected.Based on TRIZ evolutionary theory,the evolutionary route suitable for simple lifting stereo garage is analyzed and determined.The technical characteristics of the patented cards are analyzed in depth in the light of vehicle changes,problems in garage operation and garage usage environment.The technical roadmap of simple lifting stereo garage is determined,and the evolutionary tree of simple lifting stereo garage is constructed.Finally,based on the evolutionary tree,the innovative conception and overall scheme design of the simple lifting garage are carried out,and the validity of evolutionary analysis is verified.
