With the development of the economy and the improvement of the people’s living standards,household cars are becoming more and more common,but the accompanying difficulties in parking have also become very prominent,even affecting normal people’s lives.The scarcity of land resources in large and medium-sized cities,and the construction of large-scale stereo parking equipment is an effective way to solve the problem of parking difficulties.Among them,the mechanical stereo garage is more flexible,and can not only be constructed in large areas but also can be placed in small areas.Due to its relatively simple structure and relatively low cost,it is currently the type of parking garage that will be widely used in the near future and has a relatively high market share.Based on a large amount of literature,this paper designs a new type of simple stereo garage,covering the design and manufacture of a simple stereo garage.The simple stereo garage is a form of a mechanical stereo garage.It utilizes the principle of a four-bar mechanism and uses hydraulic pressure to drive,thereby simplifying the structure.This paper starts from meeting the needs of parking,strength needs and user needs,and plans the design of the lifting method and overall structure of the stereo garage.The overall scheme of the stereo parking garage that satisfies the above conditions is obtained,according to the relevant design criteria in the mechanical design manual,for the stereo garage.Design calculation and strength verification of specific parts;analysis of static characteristics of the stereo garage in ANSYS software;calculation of deformation and stress of important components of the stereo garage under maximum static load conditions,such as support bars and loading plates;Get its static characteristics,namely stress analysis and deformation analysis;design and calculate the hydraulic system of the stereo garage,reasonably calculate and select the parameters and models of the hydraulic cylinder and its auxiliary hydraulic components,and determine the pressure and flow parameters of the hydraulic system circuit,and The hydraulic control system was used for the joint simulation of AMESim software and MATLAB software to obtain the hydraulic cylinder linkage control curve.The solid stereo model of the stereo garage was built using SolidWorks software,and the virtual assembly was performed.The dynamic simulation of the stereo garage was performed in the ADAMS simulation software.Get a car the angle and the angular velocity and the displacement velocity graph of a graph,and a rod member important,were compared with a predetermined design requirements.According to the analysis results,under the premise of satisfying the strength requirements,the structure is more reasonable and has certain engineering application value.
