Research On Value Evaluation And Protection And Reuse Of Military Industrial Heritage In China

The implementation of the reform and opening up policy has turned the focus of national work into economic construction,and the spatial allocation of military industrial surplus must be rectified with the adjustment of the national strategy.The transformation of the development path of “military transfer to the people” has prompted most third-line military enterprises to relocate or go bankrupt,leaving a large number of military industrial heritage.These heritage sites are concealed and special in nature.Most of them are in a state of being idle or abandoned,and the damage is serious.The wide distribution and the large number of them are very difficult for the protection work.In addition,China's research on industrial heritage started late,and most of the existing results theory is concentrated on urban industrial heritage.Therefore,there is still a lack of specific military industrial heritage protection theory.For the vast deserted military heritage sites,the legacy of industrial buildings,industrial production landscapes and traces of production activities,not only have precious historical and social values,but also can be tapped and studied,and can be realized through transformation and reuse.The revival of the site creates a certain real value.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore a set of effective protection and reuse strategies from the perspective of value assessment and regeneration design methods,with military industrial heritage as the research object.The paper is divided into six parts:The first part,the theoretical review,has made a relevant combing on the significance,purpose and ideas of studying military industrial heritage;it summarizes and analyzes the research situation of domestic military industrial heritage and lays a theoretical foundation.The second part,the basic preparation,analyzes the development process of China's military industry;classifies the military industrial heritage according to the development of the period and discusses its characteristic performance separately;summarizes the four attributes of China's military industrial heritage.The third part,the system construction,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the domestic and international industrial heritage value evaluation methods,establishes the value evaluation system of China's military industrial heritage;and discusses the protection and reuse mode of military industrial heritageunder different value gradients.The fourth part,the protection and regeneration design methods of military industrial heritage sites are discussed from three aspects of improving the overall planning,transforming typical buildings and reshaping the landscape atmosphere.The fifth part,practical application,takes the transformation project of the 5708 th plant of the Chinese People's Liberation Army as an example,puts the value evaluation method and regeneration design strategy of military industrial heritage into practice to guide the actual project.The sixth part summarizes the prospects and draws the conclusions of this paper and points out the shortcomings.Through the above-mentioned series of thinking processes and application analysis,the value evaluation methods and protection and reuse strategies of China's military industrial heritage are preliminarily summarized,which provides a reference for the future identification,evaluation and transformation of military industrial heritage.
