In order to ensure the safety of driving in the closed environment,the tunnel needs to provide all-weather lighting for drivers,so the energy consumption of the lighting facilities is huge,which leads to the economic burden of the operation Department and the pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction.At present,color pavement has been used in tunnel pavement construction.The color pavement with high light reflectivity can effectively increase tunnel space brightness and save lighting energy.In order to explore the energy-saving technology of highway tunnel lighting under color pavement environment,relying on the experimental section of Songmaoling tunnel in Longyan City,Fujian Province,this paper puts forward the optimization technology of highway tunnel lighting facilities under color pavement environment by field observation,indoor experiment and DIALux simulation experiment.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Optimization of Tunnel Lighting Section Length in Colored Pavement Environment:Based on the analysis of eye movement experiment in color pavement environment,the visual load evaluation method of color joint section of tunnel pavement is established.Then the optimal color combination of tunnel color pavement is put forward considering the visual adaptability of drivers in each lighting section of tunnel.Then,the friction coefficient of color pavement is quantitatively analyzed,and the parking visual distance model of color pavement is established based on the driver's reaction time in color pavement environment,and the color pavement length model of tunnel entrance section is constructed.Finally,the length model of the road color connection section is obtained by taking the visual smooth transition of the road color connection section as the control objective,and the comprehensive length model of the lighting section under the tunnel color road environment is established.(2)Optimization of Tunnel Lighting Facilities in Colored Pavement Environment:Based on the brightness requirement of each illumination section of the tunnel,the relationship between luminaire setting and spatial brightness is simulated and analyzed by DIALux software.The average illuminance conversion coefficient of different color pavement is quantitatively analyzed through the reflection experiment of color pavement samples and the simulation experiment of DIALux,and then the lighting arrangement process under color pavement environment is determined.Then,combined with the color life cycle and economic benefit evaluation method of color pavement,the optimal layout scheme and parameters of tunnel luminaires are determined by comprehensive analysis.(3)Case Study:Taking Songmaoling tunnel test section in Longyan City of Fujian Province as an example,the length optimization and lighting facilities optimization technology under color pavement environment are analyzed and verified by using DIALux simulation technology.The results show that the lighting energy consumption of the tunnel is significantly reduced by gradually optimizing the length of the section and lighting facilities,and the total power consumption of the tunnel lighting can be saved by 0.33 kW(2.20%).Compared with the original black asphalt pavement,the economic benefit of the color pavement is better.The research results of this paper can be used to optimize the lighting facilities and evaluate the economic benefits of the tunnel under the color pavement environment.It is helpful to improve the overall lighting efficiency of the tunnel.
