| University renovation project is an important part of the development of modern universities,and the rational and effective management of the transformation project is an important task to ensure teachers’ daily teaching,research,daily life and school development.In the context of the continuous expansion of colleges and universities in recent years,in order to meet the daily teaching,the infrastructure construction on campus is also increasing.But it cannot be ignored that many old buildings and various ancillary facilities have been in disrepair for many years.Therefore,in recent years,with the continuous construction of new buildings in the development process,colleges and universities are also facing the task of refurbishing and transforming old buildings.How to effectively control the funds of the transformation project within the limits of the limited investment plan,minimize the cost of the transformation project,and effectively avoid the loss of control of the cost management,has become a new challenge facing the infrastructure construction department in the logistics management of the university under the new situation..The university renovation project has its own characteristics,mainly non-operating,and the construction time is tight and concentrated.The construction site is limited and the project is trivial,involving many technical jobs.These characteristics determine the difficulty of the private university reconstruction project in the construction process,the construction period is tight,involving many technologies and high risks.This determines that there are many uncertain factors in the cost control of college transformation projects,and the difficulties are large.Those who need to participate in the transformation project management have better professional qualities.In order to better control the project cost,it is the key to find out the factors that affect the cost.By studying the literature and communicating with experts and related personnel,this research identifies the potential factors that affect the cost of college reconstruction project by using the root theory,and draws the conclusion that the main factors affecting the cost of university transformation project are: the investment planning is not clear,the investment plan is not clear,the investment planning is not clear,The design scheme is not perfect,the bidding procedure is not rigorous,the construction factors are uncertain,the completion settlement is not rigorous;Then the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each influencing factor and sort it.According to the above conclusions,the solution is put forward.This paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions to control the cost of renovation project in the following aspects: pay attention to master plan,perfect decision-making plan and perfect item.Target cost control scheme.Through investment estimation,optimization of project design scheme,improvement of design quality,formulation of bidding system standards,meticulous compilation of engineering quantity lists,strengthening of contract management,control of engineering changes,strict examination of completion materials and completion of completion settlement,Finally,the successful experience of the project in the cost control of the reconstruction project is summarized through the practical case of the transformation of the management center in S College. |
