| In recent years,in order to meet the needs of urban development,the number of road reconstruction projects has surged.At present,most construction enterprises in our country not only lack due attention to the evaluation of bidding risk of road renovation projects,but also lack scientific and effective bidding decision-making methods.Many construction units did not make scientific bidding decisions,thus blindly bidding and spending a lot of manpower and material resources,but still failed to achieve the expected benefits.Based on this,this paper conducts in-depth research on the bidding risk evaluation of urban road reconstruction projects.Based on the bidding theory and bidding risk management theory,this paper studies the bidding risk evaluation of road reconstruction projects.Combining the characteristics of road reconstruction construction and the risk issues considered in the bidding process of construction enterprises,this paper uses SWOT analysis method,meta-analysis method and brainstorming method to identify and select the bidding risk factors of Nanchang X road comprehensive reconstruction and upgrading project,then applie an expert judgment method and a hierarchical analysis process to calculate the weighting value of each road reconstruction project risk index factor,and perform variable weight processing on the constant weight to enhance the scientificity of the weight calculation,and invite senior construction industry experts to use the Delphi method to target bidding risks.The factors are graded and evaluated according to the evaluation set in turn,and a tomographic analysis-fuzzy evaluation model with variable weights is established to analyze and evaluate them.Finally,the level of bidding risk is judged through model analysis,and the main risks faced by bidding are studied.Through the above research,the main conclusions are as follows:After the risk evaluation,it is found that the risk evaluation value of the project has general risks,among which the construction technology,the internal enterprise and the project itself have higher risks.Although the construction unit considers bidding,it also needs to pay attention to the impact of higher risk factors derived from the above analysis.At this time,if the construction company wants to continue to bid,it must analyze the project risks in depth,especially the construction technology risks,and invite experts to make relevant technical discussions before bidding.Based on the above conclusions,in order to reduce the bidding risk of urban road renovation projects,the following suggestions are put forward:First of all,it is necessary to establish a set of efficient and feasible bidding decision-making model to assist enterprises in the decision-making of bidding activities,so as to reduce the risk to the development of enterprises due to the failure of bidding decision-making,and make enterprises have a foothold in the increasingly fierce construction market environment.Secondly,improve the awareness of enterprises and realize that bidding risk evaluation is a risk decision.In order to pursue good development,construction enterprises must pay attention to and strengthen the risk management of bidding,improve the risk awareness of enterprises and improve the ability of enterprises to deal with risks. |
