Research On Cost Control Of Guangdong MZ Expressway Construction Project

Expressway is an important infrastructure project to promote economic and social development.However,in the face of increasingly fierce industry competition and the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic in recent two years,expressway construction enterprises are faced with the contradiction of fierce construction cost increase and serious shortage of construction funds.How to draw lessons from the management ideas and achievements with modern characteristics and comprehensively control the cost of expressway projects has become the most urgent problem for expressway construction enterprises.In this paper,the domestic research status and foreign research status are systematically summarized,in the active introduction of quality cost management,target cost management,responsibility cost management and other theories,with the help of investigation and research,literature analysis,case interpretation and other methods,looking for ways to optimize the control of project cost.On this basis,this paper selected MZ expressway project as the research object,on the basis of the overview of the project on the actual situation of cost control for a comprehensive analysis,and from the perspective of industry control project cost,analysis of MZ expressway project cost control factors;Analyze the cost control measures of MZ expressway construction project at the level of project organization structure,cost control division stage,cost structure construction and control process formulation.This paper focuses on the problems of MZ project cost control,such as the lack of regional characteristics of the object of cost control,cost control elements appear to be simple,cost control methods are not scientific,cost control process takes a long time and cost control.After the earned value method combined with analytic hierarchy process（AHP）and reasonable use,establish MZ project "OQR" whole process cost control optimization strategy,increase in cost to consider system concrete covers a region characteristic,should enhance the cost control elements of multidimensional characteristics,enhance the scientific nature of the cost control method to design characteristics,optimize the process of cost control,etc.Finally,the guarantee mechanism of MZ project cost control is discussed from four aspects: improving land expropriation and demolition,optimizing design management,engineering technology guarantee and institutional organization guarantee.It is expected that the research results obtained in this paper can provide help for the efficient cost control of the same type of engineering projects.
