| Water and energy are closely related to human life and are the key elements of human activities.They are the driving forces for the development of agriculture and industry as well as the basic conditions for human clothing,food,shelter and transportation.Water and energy are closely related.On the one hand,in the process of power production,coal,petroleum and other fuel exploitation,a large amount of water resources are consumed.At the same time,the growth of energy crops(ethanol and other biofuels)also needs to consume water resources.On the other hand,the energy consumption of water industry is huge in the process of water resources transportation,transportation and treatment.Anhui is one of the six central provinces.The national strategy of "rise of the central region" and the rapid development of Hefei,the capital of Anhui Province are also opportunity and challenge.The rapid development of the economy invisibly aggravates the pressure of water and energy in Anhui Province.The utilization of water and energy is becoming more and more important in the sustainable development of Anhui Province.At the same time,water and energy also restrict the safety of Anhui Province.The development of Huizhou.Previous resource management policies focused on a single resource,ignoring the correlation between them.Therefore,in order to realize the comprehensive management of water resources and energy in Anhui Province,it is necessary to carry out the research of water-energy nexus relationship and collaborative management.From the perspective of Anhui’s economic and social network,this paper synthetically utilizes the Input-Out Analysis(IOA)based on water and energy footprint and the Ecological Network Analysis(ENA)to construct the water-energy nexus accounting framework of Anhui Province from 2002 to 2012,and to analyze the relationship between them,so as to promote the comprehensive management of water and energy,alleviate the current situation of scarcity and achieve sustainable development.Exhibition.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)From 2002 to 2012,direct energy consumption and direct water consumption in Anhui Province increased significantly.The total direct water consumption was 15.408 billion m3,213.98 billion m3 and 26.797 billion m3,respectively,and increased by 38.88%and 25.23%in 2002-2007 and 2007-2012.The total direct energy consumption was 54.8558 million tce,10.75 million tce and 21.8265 million tce,respectively,and the total energy consumption increased by 83.66%and 116.59%respectively.(2)The analysis of the flow of mixed energy and water resources shows that the production and supply industries of electricity,heat and gas are the important exporters of energy,while the construction industry is the main exporter of energy demand;the agriculture and power,heat production and supply industries are the important exporters of water resources,and the construction industry,food manufacturing and tobacco processing industries are the main exporters of water resources demand.(3)The results of FCI show that the material recycling rate of all energy and water resources networks is less than 20%,which is much lower than that of natural ecosystems,and there is much room for improvement.The system robustness of Anhui water resources network and mixed water resources network shows that Anhui economic system tends to be highly redundant and inefficient.It also needs to strengthen the circulation of goods,services and resources among departments.Although the influence of nexus system on FCI and SR is very small,it does exist and can not be ignored.(4)In 2012,the symbiosis index of water resources network,mixed water network,energy network and mixed energy network were 0.85,0.92,0.80 and 0.85,respectively.From the point of view of ecology,the water resources network in Anhui Province is more stable than the energy network,but whether it is water resources network or energy network,the negative relationship between economic sectors is stronger than the positive relationship.The nexus of water and energy has a positive impact on the ecological relationship of economic sectors,and presents a more stable state.(5)The production and supply of electricity,heat and gas in the mixed water resources system have enhanced their control over most sectors.The control relationship between agriculture and food manufacturing and tobacco processing industry has changed the most,with an average increase of 71.91%of three years.The dependence of transportation services on the manufacturing of transportation equipment has changed the most,with an increase of 76.59%in the mixed energy system.Processing,coking and nuclear fuel processing industry,power,heat,gas production and supply industry,service and transportation industry have stronger control over most sectors.Mining industry has the greatest change in control over petroleum processing,coking and nuclear fuel processing industry,with an average increase of 78.43%in three years.Clothing,shoes,hats,leather,down and their products industry has the greatest change in dependence on textile industry,with 82.69%.Water-energy nexus enhances interdepartmental control and dependence. |
