The definition of electromechanical products based on Language for Engineering Behavior(LEB language)is studied in the paper.The electromechanical product definition platform,manufacturing service platform and market display platform of the manufacturing system on China Board of Trade for Manufactruing Technology(CBTM platform)is developed.The information interaction of the internal platform inside the manufacturing end has been realized.The language-based electromechanical product definition method enables manufacturing companies to participate in the construction of the electromechanical product definition model library.The realization of the LEB language interpreter visualization function serves for industry chain synergy,industrial chain coordination,assembly,downstream product design and product transaction In order to achieve the above researches and complete the development of each platform,the following researches has been carried out in the paper.Firstly,the characteristics of engineering behavior and the development trend of WEB-based parts library is analyzed to clarify that it is necessity to develop LEB language.The Lisp language is used as the reference to determine the compiling principle of LEB language which is parameter definition and operation behavior.The constitution,lexical rules and grammatical Rules of LEB language is formulated.And the usage rules of visual manipulation functions are established.The concept of electromechanical products definition is defined,and it is distinguished from electromechanical product development and electromechanical product design.The hierarchical structure of electromechanical products are divided,and the characteristics of electromechanical products at different levels are analyzed.The roles of electromechanical product definition models in supply chain coordination and the reform caused by modularization of electromechanical products on manufacturing mode are analyzed.What's more,the electromechanical product definition model based on LEB language is designed.It is determined that the working principle of the LEB language interpreter is analysis and execution.The interpretation process for the parameter definition area of the LEB language interpreter is designed.The construction and update process of the virtual memory is designed.The analysis process for the visual behavior function area of the LEB language interpreter and the realization process of the visualization is designed.The typical electromechanical products are taken as an example to illustrate the implementation process of the visualization function in the LEB language interpreter.It is determined that the CBTM manufacturing end system is composed of LEB-based electromechanical product definition platform,market display platform and manufacturing service platform.The temporary memory is used as the medium to design information interaction mechanism between the market display platform and the manufacturing service platform,the manufacturing service platform and the product definition platform.The development environment(IDE)module,product upload module and model visualization module of LEB language-based electromechanical product definition platform are designed and developed.The market display function module of the market display platform is designed and developed.The joint debugging method is used to verify the availability of the information interaction mechanism by the market display page.The typical electromechanical products are taken as an example to verify the availability of the LEB language interpreter visualization function in the market display platform.
