Airport ground support has become an important factor in flight delays at Beijing Capital Airport.Therefore,in order to improve the ground support efficiency of the Capital Airport and reduce the flight delay caused by ground support factors,relevant research was conducted on the ground support of the Capital Airport,which is very important.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Constructing the ground support process of Beijing Capital Airport,using Time Petri Net(TPN)to model and analyze the ground support process of Beijing Capital Airport,and using cloud model and maximum likelihood estimation method to estimate the time interval of each guarantee operation.Through the simulation,the flight ground support process is visualized.At the same time,using the Petri net time of the library to analyze the critical path in the flight ground support process,seek key support operations affecting the flight stop,and reduce the overall transit time of the flight by adjusting the time interval of the key support operations,thus reducing the flight delays.The delay was used and the simulation was used to verify the effectiveness of the method.(2)Constructing the ground support factor index system that caused the flight delay of the Capital Airport.By combining the principal component analysis method and the analytic hierarchy process,the important factors in the ground support caused by flight delay were analyzed.(3)Construct a dual-objective optimal scheduling model based on the lowest transportation cost,optimize the allocation of ground support vehicle resources in the Capital Airport,and obtain an optimal dispatching plan to improve the ground support efficiency of the Capital Airport.In summary,this paper uses a variety of methods to study the ground support of the Capital Airport,and deeply analyzes the important factors of ground support caused by the flight delay of Beijing Capital Airport,and optimizes the dispatch of the ground support vehicles in the Capital Airport by using the optimization model.The ground support vehicle optimal dispatch plan,the results obtained are intended to be applied to Beijing Capital Airport.
