| Energy is critical for the development of a country.In modern society,the use of non-renewable energy sources such as coal and oil has greatly advanced the development of the Chinese economy and even the world,but at the same time resulted in great crisis and negative impacts to the environment such as air pollution,water pollution,etc.Nowdays,the 19 th National Congress pointed out that China’s economy has reached the stage of high-quality development.With the reform of suppliers and rapid economic development,improving energy efficiency and reducing energy consumption has been set as the major targets of the work of developing energy by policy law.The level of energy management and the efficiency of system operation will gradually become the main parameter for measuring the market position and core competitiveness of enterprises.The country has tightened and standardized the energy management and usage control of the automobile manufacturing industry.In this paper,the representative company in the auto manufacturing industry FAW Fengyue is taken as the research object.This paper introduces the general situation of the company’s energy management,and identifies the problems existing in the company’s current energy management system,focusing on the following aspects: the efficiency of feedback of abnormal energy consumption is low.Timeliness of statistical analysis of energy data is poor,high energy consumption in non-production time,high proportion of energy-hungry equipment,and severe energy consumption of production equipment.A research for causes of problems above are conducted and the causes are: the abnormal contact mechanism is not perfect,sturcture of organization is not perfect,the measurement is not perfect,improper management of equipments,late update of outdated equipments.For the causes above,the following solutions are made: improving workshop-level energy management,formulating energy management systems for non-production period,establishing energy communication management mechanisms,improving three-level measurement management,optimizing equipment management,building maintenance systems for equipment operation,and making plans for elimination of power hungry equipments,implementation of various advanced energy-saving technologies such as LED for lighting of the whole plant,bringing in photovoltaic power generation projects,reuse of reclaimed water,application of small weather stations.Through solutions above,the target of reducing energy consumption and strengthen management of energy reuse are realized and thus ensuring the realization of energy-saving indicators.At the same time,countermeasures are made against aspects of guarantee of performance evaluation,funds,personnel and information to ensure the smooth implementation of solutions above.The difficulties encountered by Fengyue in the implementation of the energy management system is a collection of problems that are inevitable to every manufacturers in the automobile market during the construction of the system.Currently most companies are facing similar problems.The research of system optimization in this paper can provide some references to other automobile manufacturers. |
