At present,the production efficiency of human society is the highest in the history of human development,and the consumption of resources and environment is also increasing rapidly,resulting in serious environmental pollution,and people gradually realize the importance of protecting the environment.Under the background of paying attention to environmental protection and the prevalence of green building concept in the world,a variety of different green building evaluation systems are derived.Because the national conditions and ecological environment are different in the world,the green building evaluation system must be combined with the actual situation of the countries in the world in order to play its due role.The construction time of green building evaluation system in our country is relatively short,and there are still deficiencies and deficiencies in many aspects,so it is necessary to continue to improve and optimize the green building evaluation system.Change.On the other hand,the research of green building evaluation system in our country mainly pays attention to the analysis of foreign green building evaluation system and its application in our country,and also compares the research situation at home and abroad from the macro point of view,and the research is not deep enough.This paper first expounds the related concepts of green building evaluation system and the relevant research status at home and abroad,and on this basis,makes a comparative analysis of the differences in the macro aspects of green building evaluation system between China and the United States.On the basis of "Green Building Evaluation Standard" GB/T50378 / 2014,combined with the actual situation of the project,this paper sets up the indexes of ESGB and LEED series members at all levels from the micro level,and analyzes and studies the weight distribution of the indexes.The optimized green building evaluation system is obtained.This paper is based on comparative analysis from policy support,series members,evaluation objects,evaluation content and scoring methods.The ESGB and LEED,are analyzed and the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward.Then,by using the relative number comparison method,the weight distribution of the first and second indexes in ESGB and LEED is compared in detail,and the different reasons for the index setting areanalyzed,and the corresponding optimization strategies are obtained.Combined with questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weight of each index in the framework of the model structure is optimized,and the evaluation model structure of the optimized green building evaluation system is constructed.Finally,the actual engineering project is optimized and evaluated based on the model.In this paper,through the optimization and evaluation of green building evaluation system,the research results have certain reference significance for the practicability,richness and accuracy of green building evaluation standard setting in China.It is of great value to the sustainable utilization of resources and the sustainable development of green buildings in China.
