For a long time,a development model of high-output,high-consumption,high-pollution has continued in human society,especially in developing countries.Under the long-term impact of the planned economy,the development trend of high-consumption is particularly evident.And the continued deterioration of ecological environment has brought country and peoples an increasingly heavy burden.Under such background,green building emerged at the right moment.After green building being introduced into China,what people care most is how to determine what kind of building can be called green building.For this reason,a wide variety of green building assessment standards have been proposed.On account of a fast-developing and dynamic world,the national conditions and ecological environment in each country will not be the same,and green building assessment must be consistent with specific national conditions to achieve its most fundamental goals,which makes the improvement of green building evaluation system a crucial subject in each country valuing environmental protection.At present,all countries are constantly doing the improvement and development of their own green building evaluation system.While green building evaluation system established a very short time in China,in which needs to be improved many ways.The research field in China mainly focused on macroscopic comparison and overall analysis,comparing in view of the overall structure of the system,the certification process,the evaluation object,the evaluation content,the evaluation method,the policy guarantee,the reporting process and so on,and generally looking into the future of the development of ESGB.This thesis is mainly about the weight distribution among indicators in the system and the comparison of index setting,which has seldom been studied in the filed.This thesis compared overall and all-level index and weight distribution of green building evaluation system between China and the United States,to research how to improve and optimize China's "Evaluation Standard for green building"(ESGB).The paper compared ESGB with American "Green Building Evaluation System"(LEED),based on the national policy,the series of members,the evaluation object,the scoring method and so on,proposing the ESGB optimization strategy for the above four points.The paper comparative analyzed the weight distribution of first class indicator in ESGB and LEED and second class indicator in land saving,water saving,energy saving,material and indoor environment by relative comparison in contrastive analysis,analyzed the differences of index setting and the causes,and put forward the ESGB optimization strategy for these aspects.The paper inducted and reorganized optimization strategy,constructed the optimization model of the evaluation criteria,confirmed the weight distribution of the indicators within the framework of the mode by the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi expert questionnaire,evaluated the engineering examples using models,and analyzed the evaluation results.From this work,the author put forward some suggestions and prospects for perfecting the evaluation system of green building in China,including the diversification of system members,the optimization of ESGB score method,the optimization proposal of ESGB index setting and division,the setting of ESGB index weight optimization recommendations and so on.
