In recent years,with the aggravation of environmental pollution,the awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.In terms of building energy efficiency,the state vigorously promotes the use of energy-saving doors and windows.Therefore,the proportion of energy-saving doors and windows in the door and window market has greatly increased,and many small and medium-sized energy-saving door and window enterprises have emerged as the times require.However,many energy-saving door and window enterprises have lost their direction in the rapid development.And some companies ignore the problems of enterprises.In a fiercely competitive environment,China's energy-saving door and window enterprises must define the future development trend and existing resistance,focus on product research and development and product differentiation,and stimulate new economic growth points with new market demand to ensure future sustainable development.The A energy-saving door and window enterprise in this paper is a large energy-saving door and window enterprise located in Baoding City,Hebei Province.The company uses financial indicators as the main indicator of performance evaluation,ignoring the important impact of non-financial indicators on enterprises.In recent years,A energy-saving door and window enterprises have gradually realized the shortcomings of the existing performance evaluation system.Therefore,A energy-saving door and window enterprises need a new performance evaluation method to promote the rapid development of enterprises.Therefore,designing a performance evaluation system with its own strategic characteristics for the enterprise is very important for the development of the enterprise.This paper first introduces the concept and role of performance evaluation,and describes several methods of performance evaluation.At the same time,it gives a theoretical overview of the balanced scorecard and analyzes the advantages of the balanced scorecard.Secondly,it introduces the general situation of A energy-saving door and window enterprises,such as the organizational structure of enterprises.This paper studies the current performance evaluation system of A energy-saving door and window enterprise,and finds out that the enterprise has some problems such as lack of strategy in performance evaluation purpose,mainly performance indicators in evaluation,lack of cohesion between evaluation indicators and strategic objectives,and inefficient use of evaluation results,and analyzes the reasons for these problems.Thirdly,this paper uses SWOT to analyze the strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats of this company,decomposes the strategic objectives and map the strategic map,determines the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,and establishes a performance evaluation system suitable for its own development.The index weight of A energy-saving door and window enterprise performance evaluation system is determined by the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,combined with the results of performance evaluation,the paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures for A energy-saving door and window enterprises.The innovation of this paper is to apply the Balanced Scorecard theory to energy-saving door and window enterprises that are less studied by scholars.By analyzing the unique characteristics of a energy-saving door and window enterprise,the performance evaluation index conforming to the actual situation of the enterprise is selected,and a suitable performance evaluation system is constructed for the energy-saving door and window enterprise,which provides a certain reference for the performance evaluation of other energy-saving door and window enterprises and promotes the sustainable and stable development of the energy-saving door and window enterprise.
