The increasing level of urbanization in China has led to the rapid development of the construction industry.The lighting,heating,air conditioning and indoor electrical appliances of the building,building materials industry and the building itself consume a lot of energy.Building energy efficiency is becoming more and more important.In the "13th Five-Year Plan for Building Energy Conservation and Green Building Development",it is clearly stated that the energy efficiency level of new urban buildings will increase by 20%by 2020 compared with 2018.Doors&windows are part of the building envelope.Doors&windows system consumed nearly 40-50%of the total energy.In our country,energy-saving technology of doors&windows develops slowly,energy-saving efficiency is low,and products is few.Only through the energy-saving transformation of the existing doors&windows system,the promotion and use of new energy-saving doors&windows system,and the development of energy-saving doors&windows energy-saving technology,can we meet the energy-saving goal of the 13th Five-Year Plan of China.At present,the main energy-saving doors&windows in the market are plastic steel doors and windows,broken bridge heat insulated aluminum alloy doors&windows,aluminum wood composite doors&windows,etc.the most widely used one is broken bridge insulated aluminum alloy doors&windows.Polyurethane aluminum alloy doors&windows is a new type.It is made of polyurethane rigid foam material and aluminum alloy.Its insulation performance,wind pressure resistance,tightness and water tightness,and sound insulation performance are excellent.This paper studies the following aspects and accomplished some achievements:1)The research status and development trend of building energy-saving,energy-saving door and window products,energy-saving technology and energy-saving calculation simulation software at home and abroad were reviewed.2)Components of polyurethane aluminum alloy doors&windows,production and installation technology of polyurethane aluminum alloy doors&windows were analyzed.3)By using ABAQUS software,the heat transfer coefficient of the polyurethane aluminum alloy window and the broken bridge heat insulation aluminum alloy window profile system is modeled and calculated.On the basis of the calculation,the heat transfer coefficient of the whole window is calculated with the hollow glass system.4)Through the example of a project in the city of JiaXing in Zhejiang Province,the energy saving effect of the two windows system is compared by monitoring the variation of the indoor temperature and outdoor temperature in the room installed the two windows.The air conditioning power consumption in the room installed the two windows is monitored to compare the economic benefits.5)On this basis,by comparing the cost of the two and the difference cost recovery cycle,providing a reference for the selection of energy-saving doors&windows in engineering construction.
