In the early 21st century, China accelerated development of urbanization. the scale of theurban construction to promote the rapid development of construction and building materialsindustry, it brings energy consumption problem, including the energy consumption of buildingmaterials production, transportation,housing building, maintenance and demolition (notincluding operation) already account for 20% ~ 30% of the total energy consumption in China,while building operation consumption have accounted for about 27% of the social totalenergy consumption. With the rapid development of the national economy, new buildingsgreatly increased and the people’s living standards rapidly improved, so the total buildingenergy consumption will continue to grow in the future.Faced with such a serious buildingenergy consumption issue, if we do not take effective measures, it is bound to hinder Chinasocial and economic sustainable development.In building the outer structure,the adiabatic performance of doors and windows is theworst, there are almost half of building energy consumption is from the outside the Windowsand doors. Therefore, the door and window are key factors for building energy conservation.At present, for the design of door and window , our country mainly through for standardsand regulations to set heat transfer coefficient, window than wall, air tightness, etc,then designpersonnel can according to the energy saving standards design doors and windows. In theconstruction, in 2007 China has formulated "Building energy conservation project qualityinspection specifications",in order to ensure the completion of the project to meet the designrequirements of energy conservation.But in the present situation, there are still a lot of designpersonnel do not according to the standard of the energy saving design,or the designers donot take local fact situation into account. In the construction process, there are a lot ofconstruction quality issues, this aspect serious impact on the energy saving effect of doors andwindows.According to the data come from the Hunan province in the first half of 2010 illegalbuilding energy projects.In violation of 21 project, there are 4 projects of the doors andwindows on energy saving design problems, and there are 9 projects on the doors andwindows construction process quality problems.Thus it can be seen that there are still manyproblems need to improve in the programs of door and window of energy saving design andconstruction link.In this paper, to research doors and windows in energy saving design and construction ofthe problem. Work has been done as follows:(1) Through the analysis of doors and windows design problem, and puts forward theenergy saving design of the doors and Windows key is material selection, air tightness,shading and wall window than four aspects,and puts forward the key of energy saving design, there are four aspects, material selection, air tightness, conduction and window & wall arearatio.Selection of doors and windows energy-saving design, it should be the comprehensiveanalysis of material properties and the economy factor,select the low heat transfer coefficientraw materials with economical-efficiency doors and windows plan. In Summer and Winterregion, the energy saving effect of double window of model steel is good. To improve thedoors and windows of the air tightness, it can through the following methods:①choosesuitable window type.②improve the profile of the size and assembly productionaccuracy.③increase the channel of sealed Road and select sealing rubber with high quality.Doors and Windows need to consider the conduction in winter and summer two season of thesolar altitude angles all over the world, the differences between the reasonable design andinstallation height component, which made it can effectively keep out the summer sunshine,and can make full use of the winter sun. In hot summer and cold winter zone, outsideconduction is superior to the effect of inner conduction,this is better choice. Window & wallarea ratio should be based on the local climate to make comprehensive consideration for thefact situation.(2) Through the investigation, to find out problems existing in the energy savingconstruction of doors and windows , and mainly from 4 aspects,such as the material selection,installation, energy saving supervision and inspection, and the protection of finished product,and puts forward some solutions.(3) To solve problems in the doors and windows energy-saving construction, we needestablish special construction program of the doors and windows energy-saving projects.Thispaper background is a residential project, make a special construction plan of the doors andwindows energy-saving projects, this plan can help make other projects, also play a guidingrole.
