Study On Strategy Of Conformity Of Production Of FAW-VW

To a certain extent,the level of production consistency control determines not only the compliance of laws and regulations of automobile products on the market,but also the compliance of production enterprises.In recent years,the consistency of production in the automotive industry has emerged in endlessly,and the government has increased the supervision and punishment in the event.For enterprises,it is very important to ensure the consistency of product production.This paper takes FAW Volkswagen Automobile as the research object,uses the empirical analysis method,studies the production consistency problem which the enterprise actually embodies,clarifies the existing management and control problems of the enterprise,combines FAW Volkswagen internal operation mode and collects other business management experience of the industry,and puts forward the systematic construction and optimization scheme of production consistency control.During the research period,it was found that the work of production consistency is not limited to the control of production line,but includes the collaboration of other departments of the enterprise.At the same time,it is recognized that the scientific allocation of quality and cost is the factor that must be considered when establishing the consistency control scheme.The research contents are as follows: Chapter 1 describes the background and significance of production consistency control and provides important theoretical basis for production consistency;Chapter 2 analyses the problems existing in enterprises in access stage,procurement stage and production stage respectively;Chapter 3 puts forward control schemes for optimizing production consistency in different stages,such as revising product birth process and optimizing production consistency.The fourth chapter puts forward the guarantee demand for the implementation of the scheme from three aspects of human,financial and material.The implementation of tasks in each chapter not only stays in the strategic formulation,but also puts forward clear division of labor suggestions for each optimization work.In the access stage,the birth process of products is updated to solve the problem of long development cycle which affects the normal access work.In addition,the control mechanism of access prototype is established to ensure that the prototype car meets the requirements from the source.In the stage of supplier management,by optimizing the purchasing management process and functions,developing suppliers and maintaining supplier relationship,the development strategy of purchasing department is formulated to meet the requirements of production consistency,and to ensure the quality of parts and the stability of suppliers.In the production stage,the organizational structure of production consistency should be optimized,the responsibilities of various departments should be clarified,and the problems of post-perception and non-closed-loop execution should be avoided.In addition,the vehicle consistency monitoring system is established,the Traceability Method of key components is adopted,and the specific division of labor of each department is proposed.Although the research methods and results of this paper are based on FAW-Volkswagen's unique platform,considering the similarities and differences of product production process and production consistency control structure in the automotive industry,this paper also has reference significance for other automotive enterprises.
