Intelligent manufacturing has the characteristics of complexity of production systems,diversification of equipment health and the dynamism of maintenance decision-making.The main part of intelligent manufacturing is manufacturing execution system(MES)of smart factory,and the important components of MES is equipment maintenance,which emphasizes the initiative and intellective of equipment management as well as real time and overall of maintenance decision-making.Therefore,this article carries out related research on equipment maintenance decision-making MES in smart factory.The contents are as follows:(1)The problems about equipment maintenance in MES of smart factory are analyzed.Firstly,this article narrates the smart factory structure and condition-based maintenance decision-making methods,and analysises the relationship among them in detail,and then analyzes the characteristics of equipment maintenance in the smart factory,such as the independent degradation characteristics of the equipment,real-time and accuracy of maintenance,etc.Finally,the key technologies of equipment maintenance decision-making and the topic studies are summaried.(2)The prediction of degradation trend and the remaining useful life(RUL)are studied.Aiming at the independent degradation characteristics of equipment in smart factory,the degradation trend and RUL real-time prediction process based on optimal features are firstly designed.Then,method of adaptive time window smart prediction based on real-time state is proposed in accordance with generalized regression neural network.At last,performing simulation verification to verify the effectiveness of the method by full life cycle data of bearingm.(3)The model of condition-based maintenance decision-making in equipment layer is studied.Aiming at the complex and variable operation condition and real-time accuracy in the smart factory,calculation model of real-time operational reliability is established according to the predicted RUL.Then,a single-equipment preventive maintenance decision-making model based on risk assesment is stablished for real-time operational reliability.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation..(4)The model of condition-based maintenance decision-making in unit layer is studied.Aiming at the variable structural and maintenance optimization of flexible production units in smart factory,this article analyzes the structute characteristics of production unit and designs maintenance strategies for multiple equipments;According to real-time operational reliability,cost savings model for equipment opportunistic maintance and maintenance decision-making model for series multi-equipment are eatablished.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation.(5)The equipment maintenance prototype system of MES in smart factory is developed.Based on above research as well as the systematic structure and functional structure of the MES in smart factory,the specific functional modules of the equipment maintenance system are proposed while considering the smartization of maintenance decision-making and the production-centered requirements.Finally,the design and implementation of the prototype system of the equipment maintenance system is carried out.
