With the global energy crisis and environmental pollution becoming more and more serious,electric vehicles driven by electric energy have gradually replaced traditional vehicles in recent years.However,the current charging facilities problems such as inconsistent charging interface standards and back-office operation management.It seriously restricts the commercialization and industrialization of electric vehicles.Based on these problems,this paper takes the electric vehicle AC charging pile control system as the research object,designs AC charging pile control and monitoring management system by combining with the 2015 national standard and enterprise requirements.To solve the charging service problem of charging pile,this paper studies and designs the charging pile control system.Based on the functional requirements analysis of the AC charging pile,determining the overall design of the system,and applying modular hardware design to the central controller,parking space management,connection monitoring,metering and billing,human-computer interaction,Ethernet communication,etc.Paper is mainly to select devices,design and test interface circuit and drive circuit,especially adopting decoupling isolation and electrical protection strategies to carry out anti-interference design of the main control board.Relying on the ?C/OS-? real-time operating system,programming the task processing programs for the system module such as parking space management,connection monitoring and Ethernet communication,especially taking the mechanism of confirmation response,timeout retransmission and interference discarding,and completing the software design and testing of the control system.In view of the operation and management of charging piles,this paper studies and designs the charging pile monitoring and management system.Firstly,the key technologies of system development are analyzed.And based on the design requirements of the system,applying framework technology of SSM and Easy UI+Ajax to the system architecture.Then,it adopts the B/S design mode,and establishs the system operating environment by using the Eclipse and the Tomcat server.And then according to function structure of the system,choosing My SQL to design the database.Based on the Socket API and the front-end framework of Easy UI+Ajax,completing the design of the background processing program and the front-end interaction.Finally,the system can facilitate the administrator to check and centrally manage the status and the charging data of each charging pile in real time.Build the prototype of the charging pile control device.Using the platform,testing its function.The test results meet the 2015 national standard and related functional requirements of the enterprise,and verify the feasibility of the overall system design.
