Research On Risk Management Of G Enterprise's Green Supply Chain

With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standards,the problems of resource shortage,ecological imbalance and environmental deterioration are becoming increasingly prominent.Enterprises began to incorporate environmental protection into production and operation,and implement green supply chain management.However,with the development of market globalization,supply chain management is becoming increasingly complex and uncertain,which makes the risk of green supply chain increasingly prominent.Therefore,on this basis,this paper studies the risk management of G company's green supply chain and hopes to help enterprise risk management.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant research literature of green supply chain,supply chain risk and risk management,and takes G company as the research object,analyze the structure and characteristics of its green supply chain.This paper analyzes the current situation of the company's green supply chain risk management,and finds out that the company's green supply chain risk management lacks the understanding of the potential risks of the enterprise,the implementation is not enough,and the risk identification system is faultiness.Therefore,it is very important to study the risk management G company's green supply chain.Regarding the risk identification and analysis of G company's green supply chain,on the basis of sorting out the research achievements of relevant scholars and combining with the key links of G company's green supply chain,the risk factors of G company's green supply chain are divided into three aspects: external risk factors,partnership risk factors and internal process risk factors.The SCOR model identifies the internal process risk factors.As for the risk of G company's green supply chain,according to the result of risk identification of G company,this paper chooses the evaluation index that accords with G company's green supply chain risk,obtains the weight needed for the evaluation,obtains the comprehensive weight value by combining the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy value method,and uses the grey comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the risk.According to the results of comprehensive evaluation,this paper puts forward some suggestions for risk control of G company,so that G company can better cope with risks.
