Sustainable development has become the main purpose of current social development, people's expectations for a better living environment, demands for resource conservation and ecological protection are also growing. The extensive construction mode of traditional construction industry and the management mode with enterprise interests as the core are not in line with the requirements of the times.Energy saving, environmental protection and high production efficiency prefabricated construction and its production mode become the best alternative to the traditional building and construction mode, which is an important way for the upgrading and transformation of the construction industry. At the same time, the traditional building management mode is also difficult to meet the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection. At present,we need a management mode that can not only take into account the economic interests, but also meet the social and environmental interests, that is,to adopt the green supply chain management mode. However, prefabricated construction focuses on integrated manufacturing, involving many stakeholders, its supply chain structure is complex, coupled with the low effectiveness of green supply chain itself, which makes the implementation of green supply chain management in prefabricated construction face great uncertainty and challenges, and the greater the risk of project implementation. Therefore, this article is based on a review of the current status of domestic and foreign research, based on the theory of green supply chain management, supply chain risk management, social network analysis, this paper studies the risk management of green supply chain of prefabricated construction with the help of literature research, social investigation, system analysis and model analysis.First of all,by analyzing the existing supply chain structure of prefabricated construction, the paper points out the necessity and feasibility of implementing green supply chain in prefabricated construction.Combining the characteristics of prefabricated construction and the management content of green supply chain,it gives the connotation of green supply chain in prefabricated construction. On this basis, the SCOR model is introduced to build the assembly green supply chain operation reference model(PCGSCOR).and the process structure of PCGSCOR is analyzed systematically.Secondly,on the basis ofthe operation reference model of green supply chain of prefabricated construction.the risk factors of green supply chain of prefabricated construction are identified from three aspects:external environment,PCGSCOR process and obstacles of green supply chain operation, and the risk evaluation index system is established.Combined with the case, through the social survey to obtain data, using consistency analysis to determine the risk network adjacency matrix, and visualization. Finally, using the social network analysis method to analyze the risk network of the green supply chain of prefabricated construction, through measuring the overall network indicators:network density, block model,to determine the core risk distribution location, through measuring the individual network indicators:state centrality, node degree, intermediary analysis, intermediary centrality,to determine the core risk factors.Integrate the whole network and individual network analysis to identify the key risk factors and key relationships, classify and analyze them, formulate risk response measures, and test the effect of risk control. The results show that the complexity of the risk network and the influence of risk factors are reduced, and the occurrence and transmission of risk are effectively controlled.
