The Study Of Jobs-housing Spatial Relationship Based On Mobile Phone Data

Due to the increasingly complex urban functions,convenient transportation,rapid development of market economy,etc.,the phenomenon of separation of residence and residence of urban residents is becoming more and more obvious,commuting distance is increasing,commuting time is increasing,and complicated urban problems such as traffic congestion are caused.Living space relationships is an important way to solve these problems.The traditional questionnaire survey and other research methods are time consuming and the sample size is small,and the mobile phone signaling data not only has a large sample size,but also can record the spatio-temporal data of the residents on a large scale,which can effectively support the research on the residential space relationship.At present,the research based on mobile phone signaling in China is biased towards some megacities.There are few researches on small and medium-sized cities.This paper intends to study the occupational and residential relationship through Yanqing District mobile phone signaling data,and use SPARK big data processing calculation engine to filter data and Visualize it through ArcGIS to visualize the distribution characteristics of the residential space in Yanqing District and Yanqing Town and its commuting characteristics.Calculate the balance of occupational space by calculating the occupational dwelling balance index,and further verify the accuracy of the data by comparing the field survey data.Sexuality,through the calculation of eommute eigenvalues,study the commuting characteristics of Yanqing District and Yanqing Town at different scales and use the existing traffic survey data to verify,finally summarize the factors affecting the occupational imbalance,and put forward their own thinking on the Yanqing upper plan,Finally,it proposes policy guidance for reducing traffic congestion and improving the balance of occupation and housing.
