Facing the complex and ever-changing economic environment,enterprises are launching business and financial integration in order to seek development and long-term survival.The integration of business and financial is one of the most important ways.It mainly uses advanced technologies and means such as informatization to complete the timely sharing of business flow,capital flow and information flow,and achieve its goal of "traffic financial development of business operations and financial development to support business operations".However,in the process of business and financial integration,there has always been a problem of data sharing,which has hindered the"integration"of business and financial.The problem is mainly reflected in the following two aspects:First,due to the heterogeneous phenomenon in the enterprise financial system,financial organization,and financial knowledge,the same business scenario has different descriptions in terms of business resources and financial resources,under the same scenario,there are semantic inconsistencies between the financial data;Second,in the analysis of the financial situation of the enterprise,due to the weak semantic relationship between the business data and the financial data,and even the deviation of the semantic understanding of the business personnel and the financial personnel,there is often a problem that the data source is difficult to determine.Therefore,enterprises are in urgent need of a business and financial data sharing service that can be carried out according to different business scenarios when carrying out business and financial integration.To this end,this paper draws on the successful experience of data sharing services in the field of e-government,and combines the characteristics of the field of business and financial integration,and proposes a research model of scene-based data sharing services,in order to help enterprises solve the problem of data sharing in the process of business and financial integration.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the connotation and research model of the scene-sharing data sharing service of business and financial integration are expounded,and the research status of relevant theories is summarized.It also explains the service objects and the scope of business and financial integration of G company.Moreover,in view of the data sharing problem in the business and financial integration,this paper analyzes the actual situation of G company.Then,combined with the actual situation of G company,the detailed research of each part of the research model,including the data resource catalog,the business and financial integration ontology and the scene data recommendation.By establishing a data resource catalogue with metadata as the core,it helps enterprises to clarify the business data and financial data they own and describe in detail,which facilitates the search and location of later data.Because the semantic relationship of metadata is weak,this paper also studied the ontology of business and financial integration,in order to establish the semantic relationship between the business data and financial data of G company,and maintain the consistency of data semantics in specific scenarios.This paper introduces the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm,which is calculated according to the scene ontology established in the business and financial integration ontology.Calculate the similarity between the ontology of each scene,find the scene that is most similar to it,and carry out the scene recommendation of related data,in order to solve the problem that the data source is difficult to determine.Finally,according to the daily business scenarios of G Company,the simulation of the business and financial integration data sharing service is carried out,which to help solve the problem of the semantic inconsistency of the business data and financial data in the process of business and financial integration,and the difficulty in determining the data source.The rationality and effectiveness of the model are verified.Thus,the research help G company to better share data and achieve business and financial integration,which will improve the accuracy of G company's decision-making and reduce the coordination cost of business and financial personnel.
