In the process of rapid urbanization in China, many traditional villages and market towns have experienced the rapid flow of agricultural population to big cities and the rapid transfer of industrial upgrading. These phenomena have led to the unbalanced development of economy, industry, population, culture and education between cities and villages. The phenomenon of rural decadence and the increasingly neglect of marginal market towns gradually intensified. This phenomenon not only affects the sustainable development of agriculture, but also brings potential crisis to social stability and economic development. In order to make our country in the world economic downturn period can have a better development, countries in addition to advance the "area" sharing global economic strategy, also to strengthen the domestic urban and rural areas as a whole the country revitalization, the characteristic town, characteristics of rural village construction,a series of "township farmers, characteristic development" strategy and policy strategy, under the condition of multiple positive,county-rural the integration of collaborative development for the protection of the traditional villages and towns, updating, and bring new development opportunity, different construction patterns, methods and paths, significantly improve and enhance the rural villagers' living conditions and quality. As a place for villagers to live, work and communicate, the old buildings of traditional villages and towns are not only the destination of villagers' emotions, but also an important carrier to inherit and show their native characteristics. They have also been protected, renewed and developed unprecedentedly. However, with the infiltration of "modernization" factors and the improvement of the quality of life in the new era,the township society is no longer a closed and homogeneous farming world.Great changes have taken place in township life.Gone are the days when a large number of old town buildings were "torn down into pieces and streets" and replaced by cold "international" modern buildings. That kind of constructive destruction, which once threatened the compatibility and continuity of the ecological and environmental forms of township buildings,is quietly changing.Architects are focusing on pushing forward the renovation and transformation of old buildings in towns and villages, exploring the way out from the dilemma of "superficial duplication, plagiarism without real extraction, combined with local design and the communication of local artistic conception",and giving new life to oldbuildings. In this paper, through the concept of the old building renewal and reconstruction and the study of local methods, seeking for the old building regeneration innovation mode and method. From the summary of the localization design method, how to better use regional elements to update the old building renovation methods and ways,to achieve the use of the old town building function regeneration resurrection,to ensure the continuation and development of the context, style.Firstly, this paper sorted out the relevant research trends at home and abroad, combined with Shanghai xintiandi and other examples to explore.Secondly analyzes the henan region of villages and towns to the renewal and transformation of old buildings aboriginality design present situation, then discuss how to upgrading township old buildings and aboriginality design better combination, extends from the streets texture, materials, technology innovation, space artistic conception shaping, artisans continue heritage, building memory continue five elaborates the innovation points to.Finally, taking the construction of veteran factories in sili town, jiyuan city, henan province as an example, this paper summarizes the research strategy that theory and practice complement each other.
