Strategy Study Of Landscape Renovation Of Shaoshan Village Based On Landscape Character Assessment

Nowadays,the issue of rural landscape development in China is becoming increasingly significant.But due to the lack of understanding of rural environment protection,even if the rural construction activities in the developing process,improve the rural people’s living environment and material conditions,at the same time,more and more rural landscape are being urbanization.This change is not conducive to the continuation of the characteristics of rural landscape.In China’s urban and rural planning system,rural planning is at the end position and generally presided over by the local government.The planning often guided by the economic interests and do not pay attention to the characteristics of the rural landscape in previous studies,so the regulation pattern of rural landscape is utilitarian,one-sided,extensive and Singularity,finally resulting in many problems such as characteristics desalination and imbalance rural environment.the main reasons are:firstly,the lack of overall evaluation of rural landscape lead to a phenomenon that excessive or insufficient use of the rural landscape.Secondly,due to the rural landscape renovation is pay more attention to image engineering instead of utilization of rural landscape features,rural landscape lost of the connotation and attraction.China’s rural area is large and more complex and specific,while macro planning guide host difficult to solve problems in Rural Micro,so we need a specific method of rural landscape to provide a reference for the local government in rural landscape renovation.This paper from the perspective of rural landscape protection,and research on Landscape Character Assessment System,which is flexibility and comprehensiveness in different Assessment scales.The research combined with the characteristics of China’s rural landscape,to discusses a landscape research methods suitable for a single village.This study Selects the Shaoshan village and make a comprehensive assessment of landscape characteristics on it,then guiding Shaoshan village landscape renovation strategy,which include space development strength,landscape function,tourism development strategy and enhance the landscape facilities,hoping to improve the village landscape environment and continue the landscape features,in order to provide some references for the other village landscape development.First of all,This paper studied the landscape character assessment and rural landscape renovation at home and abroad,then summarized the relationship between landscape character assessment and rural landscape renovation,and drew lessons from the assessment system to Shaoshan village landscape features.Meanwhile,proposed the basic strategy of rural landscape renovation.At the second stage,the landscape characteristic assessment system of Shaoshan village was constructed.Based on such assessment system,the landscape characteristic classification,and landscape policy-zoning result of Shaoshan village were completed.Finally,taking the Shaoshan village landscape remediation as an example,the overall landscape strategy of Shaoshan village was developed based on its landscape character assessment result,as well as the regional remediation strategy of three districts,internal Shaoshan,Shaoyuan and the north of Shaoshan.
