In recent years,public bicycles have been widely used in major cities to solve the“last mile” problem of urban public transportation.However,in the daily use process,it is often found that public bicycle sites have "empty piles" or "full piles",which will significantly reduce the satisfaction and efficiency of public bicycle use.The reason is due to the fact that the number of public bicycles,the number of stations and the number of stations on the site are insufficient,and on the other hand,the public bicycles are not dispatched in time.To solve the above problems,we need to start by studying the rules of customers using public bicycles.First of all,this paper analyzes the research status of public bicycles at home and abroad,and puts forward the necessity of studying the law of borrowing in public bicycle stations.Secondly,according to the rules of the citizens' travel in Suzhou and the nature of the geographical area where the public bicycle station is located,the public bicycle stations are divided into six categories,each of which selects a typical site,and analyzes the distribution law of public self-vehicle borrowing time.The characteristics of the loan time distribution of the six types of sites are compared.Then,based on the principle of probability and statistics,the law of borrowing and returning,the distribution of time interval,the distribution of vehicle length and the distribution of parking time are studied for six typical public bicycle stations.The results show that at various sites,the customer arrives at the site within 5 minutes,and the number of public bicycles is subject to negative binomial distribution;the time interval of public bicycle customers,the distribution of vehicle duration and the distribution of parking duration are all Subject to a negative exponential distribution.Then based on the loan repayment rules of public bicycles,based on certain assumptions,the M/M/K loss queuing model of the public bicycle station service system is constructed,and the station scheduling vehicle number optimization model is constructed with the customer loss rate of 5% as the constraint condition.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the demand of the six types of sites,the loss rate of the borrowing and returning customers in the morning and evening peak periods of the six typical stations is calculated.The calculation results show the reasonable number of public bicycle stations in different time periods.
