Recently,with the increasing application of large-span spatial structures in china,the construction technology correspondingly has been rapidly developed and promoted.This thesis investigates and summarizes the matured construction techniques of large-span spatial structures,and further analyzes the main construction technical problems,so that more efficient,scientific and applicable construction method can be reference and enhance technological level of all the construction industry.The research background of this paper is the construction engineering of steel roof structure of Huoqiu gymnasium.In this thesis many-sided contents of the large-span spatial structure are elaborated,such as the construction scheme optimal selection,mechanics analysis in the whole construction process,construction monitoring and unloading process construction technique and so on.Verify the correctness and scientific of the construction technique and the analysis of finite element method and monitoring system by means of the construction practice.In this paper,research on the related mechanics analysis and monitoring aims at forming a typical construction and monitoring scheme of the large-span spatial steel structure,which can act as reference for the subsequent similar engineering.The main work is in the following.1)Research on the construction technique of the steel roof structureThe accumulative sliding construction method of the steel roof structure is studied by making clear many-sided contents,such as research background,site conditions,structure constructional requirements and so on,which should be also followed by the comparison results of the feasibility and economic applicability of various construction methods.2)Mechanics analysis of the roof in the whole construction processThe whole construction process of the roof consists of two parts installation and unloading.Each condition of the whole construction process analyze by finite element method software MIDAS.Safety and feasibility of the cumulative slip method and unloading method are discussed according to the results of the finite element analysis.3)Establishment the monitoring system of the roof structure in the whole construction processBased on the mechanics analysis results of the roof structure in the whole construction process,the monitoring system composition,layout of testing points and the keys of monitoring system are given.Furthermore,the members location and category various are taken into consideration.The stresses in some key components and the displacements in some key nodes are monitored in the construction process by the test.4)List the comparison between the measured and calculated values of stress and displacement of this roof structure in the whole construction processIn this paper,the stresses and the displacements in some key components of the steel structure are monitored in the whole construction process.The measured stress and displacement values of the key components are compared with the computed values by finite element analysis,which are in good agreement.The test results have demonstrated that the construction method,mechanics analysis and construction monitoring method are correct and effective.
