Research On Vertical Traffic Configuration Design Of High-rise Apartment For The Elderly

The aging of the population is an inevitable result of the development of human society.Many countries in the world,including China,have entered an aging society.The changing trend of the elderly population in China as a whole is improving,and the concept of "raising children and protecting the elderly" is changing profoundly,and more elderly people choose to stay in the old age apartment for the rest of their life.In recent years,urban land has been tense,and the number of elderly apartments has increased.Old-age apartments have gradually developed toward the upper levels.The configuration of the vertical transportation system of the building will directly affect the normal travel of the elderly and the safe evacuation in emergency situations.In this paper,the vertical transportation system only represents the two major transportation systems of stairs and elevators in the building.In China,there is a lack of in-depth research on the layout of residential buildings and elevator transportation systems such as residential and elderly apartments,and foreign research is not suitable for direct use in local architecture.At present,the stairs and elevator transportation system of the elderly apartment are based on the experience of the architects,and the position selection and configuration are carried out on the basis of meeting the specifications,resulting in the lack of position selection,quantity configuration and detail design of the stairs and elevators,and then the location is concealed.It is not appropriate to have problems with finding,waiting for a long time,and emotional anxiety.This paper will use this question as a starting point to study the stairs and elevators of high-rise apartment buildings.Firstly,the Pathfinder will be used to simulate the evacuation of stairs,and the range of the choice of stairs will be determined by the statistics of evacuation data.Secondly,the elevator will be determined by the method of population statistics and data calculation.The number of configurations,and finally the classification and design of the stairs and elevators that meet the requirements of the specification,and the modular design of the stairs and elevators,to provide reference for the future configuration of the stairs and elevator transportation system of high-rise elderly apartments in China.
