Study On The Design Of Residential Space Of Old Apartment From The Perspective Of Prefabricated Residential Building

With the aging of China's population,China's pension problem has become a major social problem.The number of elderly people in China has increased sharply,and the demand for residential buildings has increased.At the same time,people's requirements for living space are increasing.It is more sensitive,so research on the design of residential space is very necessary.It is the responsibility of the architects to study the design of the living space of the elderly residential buildings and improve the living environment of the elderly.Based on the perspective of fabricated residential technology,the paper studies the design of living space for elderly apartments.According to the status quo of the living space of the elderly apartment,the paper analyzes and studies the design and construction methods of the prefabricated residential buildings and the living space requirements of the elderly apartments through reading literature,field research,questionnaires,etc.,and proposes the standardized design and assembly method of the living space modules of the elderly apartments.And analyze and optimize the practice cases of senior apartments.The specific research is three aspects:The first is based on the research on the background of the aging of the country,the old-age model and the prefabricated residential buildings in the elderly residential buildings.Through the literature and case studies on the development status of the elderly apartments at home and abroad,it is realized that the lack of living space in the elderly apartments in China reflects the new-style old buildings.The design criteria for residential space demand,and the research on the design of living space for elderly apartments.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and field research,this paper analyzes the physiological needs,psychological needs,living environment needs of the elderly and the characteristics of the elderly in Guangzhou,and summarizes the needs of the elderly in the residential space of the elderly apartment.The standardization design basis for the living space of the assembled elderly apartment is analyzed.At the same time,the advantages,significance and feasibility of the fabricated technology in the design of the living space of the elderly apartment are analyzed.The third is to use the prefabricated residential design method to analyze the spatial space requirements of the residential space in the elderly in Guangzhou,to design,classify and size each space module of the old apartment,and to establish a model to carry out refined design to derive the assembly.The residential building modularization,modularization,serialization,and standardization of the living space of the elderly apartment,giving specific assembly methods,and analyzing and optimizing the living space of the assembled elderly apartment practice case.
