Application Of "Mending Method" In The Perfect Design Of The Historic District

Mydesign research object is the "mending" design of Liaohe Historic block in Yingkou.In the design,I through the systematic study of the "weaving" method,try"weaving" for Liaohe Historic block from the city,landscape,architecture and many aspects.Restore the historical features of the old streets,show the trade culture of the old streets,increase the economic benefits and enhance the image of Yingkou.The design focuses on the analysis and discussion of the following aspects:First examine the status of"weaving method" at home and abroad.Through the analysis of Suzhou old city transformation case,Ji'nanFurong Street Historic District Renovation of domestic block design cases with "weaving method",found the advantages and disadvantages of them.Secondly,through the preliminary study on the transformation strategy of Yingkou municipal government on the street,and the related historical and cultural street in Liaohe fields for further research and several field research,summed up in the early reform and after four years of operation,the five major problems existing in Liaohe street.The street is located in the area of Liaohe and texture are fragmented,lack of original historical street block of Liaohe texture,transformation from the original Liaohe Street development,shortage of Liaohe Street building renovation,and lack of operation of the Liaohe Street format.Finally,in view of the above problems,put forward the whole idea of "one major line,two secondaryline,three regions,and four key points".A main line,that is,the original Liaohe old street.Two branch lines,namely two new pedestrian streets,and old streets interspersed to form a "horizontal,two vertical"new pattern.Three areas,namely,the silver stove industry,theme Plaza and leisure shopping area,shipping Cultural Plaza and dining entertainment area,are located along the river pier and the special dining area.Four key points,namely rehabilitation Classic Club,Bank Museum,shipping docks and shipping culture theme of public art.With two new pedestrian street as the focus of the design object,from the four main directions of Liaohe Street specific "weaving" design.Four aspects respectively,Liaohe River Historic District and the surrounding city texture,Liaohe Street "weaving" historical context "weaving",the old streets texture "weaving" and"economy of Liaohe Street darning".
