With the continuous development of China's assembly architecture,the consumption of steel,concrete and other building materials is increasing.Faced with this problem,China began to vigorously develop prefabricated buildings.On the one hand,we learn from the mature experience of assembly technology development in the United States,Japan and other countries.On the other hand,the government also introduced a number of policies to guide and encourage the rapid development of prefabricated buildings based on the actual situation of the development of prefabricated technologies in China.Through continuous learning and practice,certain achievements have been made in the development of prefabricated buildings in China.However,at present,there are few researches on the consumption of prefabricated building materials in China,and there is no complete evaluation standard system to evaluate the material consumption benefit of prefabricated building.So,the material loss of prefabricated buildings cannot be measured,and the advantages of prefabricated buildings over traditional cast-in-place buildings cannot be concluded objectively and justly.Therefore,in order to promote the development of prefabricated buildings better and improve the material consumption benefit evaluation index system of the whole industrial chain of prefabricated buildings further,this paper quantifies the material consumption benefit of prefabricated buildings and analyzes the material consumption benefit of the whole industrial chain of prefabricated concrete structures.This paper firstly introduces the connotation and characteristics of precast concrete structure,then compares the difference between prefabricated concrete structure and cast-in-place concrete structure,and draws the evaluation range of material consumption benefit through the comparison conclusion.Next,the whole industrial chain is divided into four parts: production stage,transportation stage,installation stage and late-pouring stage.Based on this,the construction basis of the evaluation index system is clarified,and the material consumption benefit indexes of each stage are refined.The consumption benefit of materials is evaluated from 13 evaluation indexes,such as concrete,steel reinforcement,sleeve,slab timber,inclined support,vertical support and so on.In the process of evaluation,target distance method is used to assign weights to each index,so as to calculate the construction consumables saving parameters of each evaluation index and compare the two buildings to be evaluated.By introducing Set Pair Analysis theory,calculating the correlation entropy of each evaluation index,the evaluation index is divided into four grades: A,B,C and D.Similarly,the precast concrete structures to be evaluated are divided into four levels: excellent,good,medium and poor.Thus,the material consumption benefit evaluation model of prefabricated concrete structure building is established.Finally,this paper selects two prefabricated concrete structures as empirical cases,and makes a comparative analysis of the case by using the building material consumption benefit evaluation model of prefabricated concrete structure.Then,the evaluation index of one project and the whole building are evaluated by the model,and the evaluation results and reasonable opinions are given.
