| The global photovoltaic industry is booming,so it also affects and leads the rise of the domestic photovoltaic industry.Especially in recent years,China’s photovoltaic components have developed into the world’s first.However,in fact,the development of China’s photovoltaic industry is still constrained by many factors,including insufficient technology,unsound industrial chain,insufficient innovation,and insufficient follow-up.Therefore,the domestic PV industry is still located in the middle and lower reaches,compared with foreign countries.With a relatively cost-competitive competitive advantage,there is still room for improvement in the high value-added silicon material and system integration.Due to policy guidance and economic environment,China’s photovoltaic industry is facing a new round of dilemma.Under this background,S photovoltaic equipment companies need to make important adjustments and clear strategic positioning,regardless of business strategy or corporate strategy in order to adapt to the unpredictable market environment.Based on the relevant theoretical basis,this paper explores the macro environment and industrial environment of S-photovoltaic Equipment Company.Then we focus on the internal situation of S photovoltaic equipment company,including organizational structure,resource environment,strategic dilemma,etc.,through analysis of S photovoltaic equipment company’s own advantages and disadvantages,this paper explores in-depth the current strategic problems of S photovoltaic equipment enterprises,such as insufficient analysis of strategic basis dynamics,insufficient cultivation of core competitiveness,single strategic alliance,strategic objectives ambiguity etc.,and pointed out the reasons for the problems.Finally,the strategy of S Photovoltaic Equipment Company was formulated,the company’s future corporate strategy and business layer strategy were planned,and the formation and implementation of strategic objectives were constructed in detail from multiple levels to ensure the detailed implementation concept and detailed plan of the corporate strategy.This research has certain reference significance for clarifying the development direction of the enterprise,expanding the market,enhancing the company’s own strength and doing a good job in development planning. |
