Traditional villages are a combination of China’s traditional architectural techniques,long agricultural civilization and splendid historical features.However,with the continuous advancement of urbanization and modernization,the development of traditional villages is stagnant or backward.A large number of ancient buildings in traditional villages have been destroyed and traditional culture abandoned.It is urgent to protect traditional villages.The Chinese government has realized the problems in the development of traditional villages and taken measures to protect them.However,the current evaluation system for traditional villages is single and the evaluation criteria are broad,which cannot fully meet the requirements of traditional village evaluation in various regions.Although formulate special supervisional,warn roll out a regulation.However,there is still no set of evaluation system for the protection effect of traditional villages.Although many villages have been renewed and protected,the effect is unknown.Therefore,a set of scientific evaluation index system is urgently needed to evaluate it.In conclusion,this article choose center.the traditional village as the research object,combined with the theory of evaluation,TOPSIS evaluation theory and AHP decision theory,domestic and foreign related research on the traditional villages and national policies and regulations,and summarizes the current use of the evaluation index system for Chinese history and culture town village(try out)",the traditional villages that the evaluation index system,trying to build a set to evaluate center.the evaluation system of traditional village renewal protection work.Main achievements:(1)On the basis of field research,consulting development and protection plans and local documents,starting from the four aspects of material heritage,cultural heritage,natural environment and modern living environment of traditional villages.It is pointed out that the traditional villages in south henan have high value in the aspects of traditional architecture,folk culture,development and use.(2)According to the principles of index selection and evaluation system construction,with reference to the current national evaluation standards,relevant studies of domestic experts and scholars,and the practical experience and professional opinions of experts who have been engaged in the protection and development of traditional villages in southern henan for a long time,indexes are selected to construct the evaluation system.An evaluation system for the renewal and protection of traditional villages in southern henan province is constructed.(3)The evaluation index system of renewal and protection of traditional villages in southern henan is combined with the ahp-topsis evaluation method.In the actual evaluation process of traditional villages,the evaluation criteria,specific evaluation process and evaluation data processing method of the indicators are clarified.(4)The renewal and protection evaluation system of traditional villages in southern henan is applied to evaluate three traditional Chinese villages: gongchong group,huangtu village,pupi river town,guangshan county,xinyang city;dongyue village,wenshu township;and yangfan village,jingju temple scenic spot management area.Analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of three traditional villages in the renewal and protection.Dongyue village has the best renewal and protection effect,followed by gong chong group and Yang fan village.This conclusion can guide the improvement of the renewal and protection of traditional villages.
