An Old Community Based On The Idea Of "City Repair" Study On Exoenvironment Update Strategy

At this stage,the development of China’s cities has gradually changed from extension to connotation.The community,as an important part of the urban social structure,is huge in China’s cities.It not only carries the cultural connotation of the city but also witnesses the development of the city..However,with the changes of time and the rapid development of the economy,the environment of the community is aging,and its spatial vitality is gradually disappearing.It is especially important to transform and improve the community.The "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction" promulgated in 2016 puts forward: "To implement urban repair and organic renewal in an orderly manner,to solve the problems of environmental quality degradation and spatial disorder in the old city." The implementation of urban remediation work has injected vitality into the renovation and renovation of urban areas(especially some old communities).Based on the concept of urban repair,this paper studies the renewal strategy of the old residential area in the city.Taking the Guomian factory community built in the 50 s and 60 s of the last century in Zhengzhou as an example,the current living environment of the community residents—the public activity space,road traffic,greening status and related facilities,and the existing problems Conduct surveys and analysis,combine the existing resources of the community,and propose corresponding transformation strategies and optimization designs based on the urban repair concept.In this way,we will promote the creation of a modern livable community and provide a reference method for the transformation of old communities in China.The paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is a general overview,puts forward the research background of the thesis,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,and expounds the related research on urban repair and old community transformation at home and abroad.On this basis,the research content and method of the thesis are presented.frame.The second chapter is the basic research,summarizes the theory and practice of community renewal at home and abroad,and summarizes the basic characteristics of environmental remediation outside the community.The third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are case studies,analyzing the status quo of the national cotton plant community and analyzing the needs of residents.The problems of community residents in the environment outside the community and the problems outside the community environment are proposed.Based on the urban patching concept,the principles,objectives and strategies for environmental renewal outside the community are proposed.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook,summarizing the research and practical results,and presenting the shortcomings and prospects.
